what do you guys do to get over zero energy and drive? my last month has been nuts with my stag/wedding/vegas three weekends in a row and i'm as tired as i've ever been what can I do to try to get a good nights sleep for once? i'm wanting to get back at the gym because i know it will help but i'm just too damn tired to even get there ya i know the whole "it doesn't matter how tired you are, just get there"....trust me i've done that before but how i feel right now is way worse |
