Man, I thought lifting hard through the summer and staying in shape would be good enough to get me ready for the hockey season, but fuarrrrrk..... Did first drop-in today (first time on ice in about 1.5 months), trying to re-teach your muscles how to react again and to get that elasticity back in my lower body sucks.....especially as a goalie |
