Not even cardio? Cus even if ur not lifting, you could still keep up with some light aerobic training, and when you do hit the weights again, you'd have like the cleanest receptors ever and the best candidate to put on mass

honestly i think thats what caused it. ever since then i think my immune system went to shit and i got some kind of stomach bug. can't eat right, sleep right. always feeling nauseous, taking advil and pepto like everyday lol one night i was realllly sick almost called 911 , i was shaking and my stomach was hurting/wanted to puke. It just hasnt been the best august/sept haha =/ going docs tmrrow so ima tell him everything and hopefully he can help me out. Might even not get this job cus they need ppl to not take sick days and atm im in no position to be working cus like i said, feel nauseous/light headed 24/7 lol

hit my one year mark this past weekend, current stats:

bench: DB 85x5 up from 60x8
squat: 235x5 up from 95x5
deadlift: 315x1 up from 95x5
shoulder press: 65x5 up from 40x5

bodyweight from 133lbs to 157lbs

thanks to all in this thread for the motivation and tips, esp that phaggot JD13 for the help at the gym

pretty pumped to see progress with another year of lifting

idk, personally i expected more, i wanted 300x5 on squats by 1 year lol, but not even close

Sprained my wrist 3 weeks ago. Haven't been able to pull/push/lift heavy. I really wanted to start going hard yesterday. I wish it was my right hand that was messed up so I could even out the left.

But since then, every workout has been a legs or cardio day.. :okay:

Not sure yet. I have the most bodyfat % Ive ever had right now (guessing around 12%).
I think im going to try to cut a bit next year, but Ill see how it goes then and reevaluate.
Started working out in early feb at 135lbs.

uhm..i use to take my daily vitamins which have vit d, but i stopped taking them lately (bout month or 2 ago) now i know this is gonna sound gross but i pooped grey today..which i was like WTF! so i searched it up and it could just be the fact that i have mal nutrition. how much were you dosing? did you do HIT when you took it?

uhm my "sickness" in the stomach only started maybe 2-2.5 weeks ago ? then i made an appointment with the doctor (whom ima see in 2hrs) but it took bout 5 days to get an appointment with him cus he was booked. i guess its almost a month since my puke sesh, but i was only feeling the effects of that in the beginning. i was following EC Stack Dosages for Fat Loss - Hotnfit.com , which i think i got to the point of taking 3 E 2 C 2x a day. I know it sais 3 but i always missed the third one cus i would remember to take it too late lol and no i didnt really do HIT, just did my regular lifting with my 10k cycle for cardio at the end, but i did it 6x a week. The reason for me puking that one time was cus i incorporated more cardio into my workout that day (started stairmasters after my cycle) and thats what over did it.
