hit my one year mark this past weekend, current stats: bench: DB 85x5 up from 60x8 squat: 235x5 up from 95x5 deadlift: 315x1 up from 95x5 shoulder press: 65x5 up from 40x5 bodyweight from 133lbs to 157lbs thanks to all in this thread for the motivation and tips, esp that phaggot JD13 for the help at the gym pretty pumped to see progress with another year of lifting |
^ we got similar squat and dl stats, also 1 year idk, personally i expected more, i wanted 300x5 on squats by 1 year lol, but not even close |
Sprained my wrist 3 weeks ago. Haven't been able to pull/push/lift heavy. I really wanted to start going hard yesterday. I wish it was my right hand that was messed up so I could even out the left. But since then, every workout has been a legs or cardio day.. :okay: |
