Redsir makes everyone looks like pussies. Awesome workout yesterday.

Also that peanut butter burger and bacon pb and banana shake were amazing and I regret nothing

red_sir 09-14-2012 12:44 PM

Haha awesome! Hope you have pics to show me next time.

Meowjin 09-14-2012 01:04 PM

Was too hungry annihilated it. Go get one. Especially the shake. The best part was I asked if they could add some of my syntha 6 before they blended it. Haha

Wrong topic I know. I got a transfer back to BC. Vancouver here I come. Planning on living across from Science World. What are the local gyms? Currently have a Goodlife membership paid for the year. But apparently they don't like downtown Van. Also, I can take over a transfer from someone and get their Steve Nash membership for very very cheap. Do I have any other options? I think Nash is my best bet.

instantneedles 09-14-2012 04:31 PM

^compared to the gyms down in the states, ours are such poor quality... I really have to bit my tongue when i have to recommend someone nash, simply because there really isn't much else comparatively better than it...

I searched the thread for "cellmass" found a couple results from 2010, Halo just bashing the product lol. Has the product changed over time? I just bought cellmass and jacked micro, I was a big fan of the original jacked. Any reviews on current cellmass creatine+glutamine? It suggests to take 2 servings a day on workout/non-workout days, is this ideal? I haven't used a creatine product in quite sometime. I don't post alot, but this forum is great for general info.
For the record, 5'10" Bench: 225x6, Squat: 275x6, Deadlift: 225x4. I've had 2 knee surgeries and some back problems, hence the strong bench but weaker squat, deads.

strykn 09-14-2012 07:46 PM

^ stay safe bro , cellmass is better than roids

What is everyones favourite tricep/bicep exercise for mass development? Friend said my arms look small in comparison to the rest of my body especially my back :okay:

I guess it makes sense though as I don't really train arms. Think I might incorporate an arm day.

hal0g0dv2 09-14-2012 11:17 PM

Overall mass for triceps
Close grip bench
Any skull crush
Those will give mass no questions asked

Biceps any heavy curls
Or drag curls

Well here goes nothing.......5`10... 220lbs...24....lifting for 6 years
Bench 330lbs
Squat 550lbs
Deadlier 650lbs

squats

if youre sick of doing squats, pre-exhaust your legs before you do squats. High rep hack squat/leg press/bar hack squat/staright leg DL/quad extension etc
Won't be able to walk for a few days for sure.

hal0g0dv2 09-15-2012 01:28 PM

somebody asked me how many days i take off a week in the gym, told him never heard of a day off from the gym

Or you can do some functional compounds like split squats, walking lunges, plyo squats, plyo lunges, side lunges, reverse lunges, stepups, 1 leg getups etc...

The issue I have with constantly doing compound machine leg exercises or regular squats is that you will exacerbate any imbalances that you may have. You will never know which side is weaker or stronger, unless you start doing isolateral exercises.
