man isnt working out at home hella expensive? at 1$/lb thats like $450+ just for deadlift , plus u need combinations of 5/10/25/35/45...

Been fixated with watching the Train with Kai Greene vids and applying the principles he emphasizes. My workouts have been so much better since I've been primarily focusing on contractions.

I find that when I breathe and saying what muscle I'm targeting (in my head or actually saying it out loud) helps a lot.

For skullcrushers (Rippetoe method/French Press) I can't seem to 'feel the burn' as I would with say a bicep exercise, is this normal for anyone else?

back in the day of Ronnie and Flex, I always thought Gunter looked much better than the rest of them symmetry wise since he was a legit 6'1
