Been fixated with watching the Train with Kai Greene vids and applying the principles he emphasizes. My workouts have been so much better since I've been primarily focusing on contractions. I find that when I breathe and saying what muscle I'm targeting (in my head or actually saying it out loud) helps a lot. For skullcrushers (Rippetoe method/French Press) I can't seem to 'feel the burn' as I would with say a bicep exercise, is this normal for anyone else? |
