i like the way he trains... a good combination of resistance training, plyos, calisthenics....
its some awesome cross training, and imo the best way to stay healthy and versatile

So i was at the gym today and benching 245 so I thought I'd get a guy to spot me. So I ask this brown dude to spot me (bad choice). I tell him beforehand that I'm good and I only need him to give me a little boost on my 5th or 6th rep. Except, he holds the bar for me and goes on to deadlift it for me as I'm doing my reps. Totally messed up my entire workout since that was my peak and I was pyramiding up. Never again.

oh and to make things worse, he's pinner

looking for a foam roller, been using 1 at the gym recently and now i want my own

also, is it okay to roll everyday?
