So apparently, any regular data plan will work on BB10 phones now, (ie. you dont need a special BIS plan)

Clearing up the BlackBerry 10 data plan confusion: No, you don't need a special BlackBerry plan if you're a regular customer | CrackBerry.com

I just wanna learn the OS with the z10 then pass it to whoever and live with my q10 until the next blackberry.

eLy604 02-04-2013 08:46 AM

Anyone place a reservation for the q10 from Rogers yet?

J.Bell 02-04-2013 09:36 AM

I made a reservation for a Q10, yesterday. Rogers sent me an email to confirm it, and also that they will be sending out emails to customers with updates as to when the phone will be available. Hopefully sooner than later. Don't wanna wait till April, but whatever

I think it will be available in March...

J.Bell 02-04-2013 11:19 AM

Hopefully so, the sooner the better. My 9900 got jacked before Christmas so I'm rocking my old 9700 until the Q10 arrives. I can't believed I thought this phone was so awesome when it came out. Hahahaha

You won't be disappointed on the Q10..

I've been playing with the z10 all day today. Loving the blackberry hub and the speed of the phone itself. The keyboard is a lot different than iphones and 'droids so you guys will probably take some time to adapt to it. The blackberry world has very limited apps so far, hopefully they will release the majority of them on release day.

I'm gonna be passing on this one and rocking the q10 when it comes out.

Bell is opening up earlier tomorrow eh for the Blackberry 10! Now that is dedication! Good for bell! But I'm not sure if it's all bell location eh

Hows the screen brightness? There are some on CB saying thats it's dim and yellowish. Any bugs/annoyances?

CT10 02-04-2013 06:38 PM

Played with the z10 at Costco today for about 20-30 minutes haha
The keyboard flicking/input is a pretty cool idea, however I typed significantly slower. And no matter what they say about the on-screen keyboard, my 9900 still trumps it, and it's not even close. (However I still prefer it compared to the iPhone).

The new OS takes a while getting used to, but I'm sure it won't take long.

Screen brightness was quite sharp, the screen is definitely more sharper than the iPhone (can't compare it to the s3 or note 2 since I don't have one).

The build quality was pretty good too, felt really solid, however it would be better if they used more high end materials (like the 9900).

knight604 02-04-2013 06:45 PM

I will do a full on review tomorrow.

rk604 02-04-2013 07:39 PM

at 356ppi it's probably the sharpest screen out there right now.
