Bah, mini series finish with each team getting 3 pts each.
2 games burned off the schedule and no ground gained.

well, they did manage to earn 7 out of 8 possible points on this road trip. can't say they accomplished nothing. the resilience they showed while missing key players was definitely more than what i would have expeced considering how the season had gone prior to this week.

They gained confidence which should translate into more points down the road.

... although a good game, i was getting a bit nervous that i'd have to shell out steak for 68style.

... watch for next time, whenever that may be as its completely random - this game coulda gone either way so was definitely a risky bet for me.

Although some of the goals werent reallt Holtbys fault, i feel like with him as backup he's now one of those goalies basically you're just hoping for a miracle to pull out a win.

Frankly, expected a lot more out of him but i guess we're just getting the same goalie everyone saw in Washington

Canucks lost last night...

lol, just glad he didn't let in the kind of goals he did when he played against Winnipeg. There were a lot of traffic in front on all 4 goals. Although the 2nd one, he was trying to look around a screen and ended up putting himself way out of position.

I noticed he plays a lot more aggressively and it makes me nervous. It looks a lot less systematic and he sometimes puts himself out of position for rebounds playing like that.
