The Official 2022/2023 Canucks & NHL Thread Miller has a history of yelling at goalies. This is not the first time that Miller Time yelled at a team mate: The dude yelled at Lundqvist when he played for the Rangers. Then he and Ryan McDonough were traded to Tampa two days after that incident hahah: https://www.canucksdaily.com/WATCH-M...-before-193538 Yelling at a team mate is not being an assertive leader. It is a sign of bad character. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

not saying that miller doesn't have a shitty attitude, but in this situation, i think everyone was at fault. |
lol, then there's this one. |
In a vacuum it’s not that bad. Everyone gets frustrated with teammates/colleagues from time to time, and sometimes it manifests itself in an ugly way. But when there’s a history of this type of behaviour the person either corrects it or you get rid of them. |
Tampa bay got rid of him, and I am sure they dont regret it. They won two cups after. Lol |
^ so what you are saying is that if Canucks can get rid of him, we can look forward to back to back Stanley Cups? |
I'd be happy with a riot. |
That Bedard goal was amazing. Canada wins in OT over Slovakia. Go, Canada, GO!!!! He now hold record for most points in IIHF history. https://www.tsn.ca/world-juniors/con...ship-1.1900345 |
Record setting goal The game winning OT goal |
Can we fucking tank for him already? I don't care if the odds are only 16% or whatever, and if we have to ship out everyone except EP and QH to even have a chance. I'd love to watch him play for us even if we were bottom feeders for the next 10 years :lol |
Being from North Van, you know he's going to give it his all for the team. If, by any chance, he becomes a Canuck, I'd be back as the hard core Canuck fan that I used to be. 1 in a million chance, though............... Owner and management will find a way to fuck things up. |
https://www.tsn.ca/world-juniors/can...goal-1.1900773 Cut to 2:50 for the OT goal.... Dekes out all three Slovaks, then the goalie. Took charge and got 'er done. Bedard is pretty short, but he's been a giant in this tournament. The Slovak team played way above their pay grade, lol. Never beat Canada in the history of the tournament, but they came ever so close to changing that. Hats off to their team. Next up, the amuricans |

Wow ... that's a sign, not even one post about the game last night. I think they have really lost the fanbase ... at least here on RS but ... |
I think majority of us have mentally checked out. We don't even post when they win anymore.. |
Went to the game last night, first one in a while and the atmosphere was just checked out Kids excited but everyone else sees the writing on the wall. Pretty sad |
For some reason, they are particularly bad at home. So now fans will just go when an exciting visiting team comes. |
Whichever team drafts Bedard will win the cup before the Canucks ever will. |
watching the canucks is very depressing..so i stopped completely. they need to blow up the team and start from scratch. The fan base will get super excited if management actually starts to make some trades and get some draft picks. |

This month of games against tough opponents like Colorado, Pittsburgh, and Tampa may be the start of a fast downward spiral for the team. Leaky defence. More turnovers than a bakery. -looks like to me that the team's weak mental state is going to take an even bigger beating. -No pushback in games when the team is trailing in a game. An inept defensive "system" under assistant coach Mike Yeo along with inept defencemen such as Meyers and OEL. It looks like either this team has quit on each other when the team is trailing in games or just waiting to see what Allvin and the rest of the management team are going to do to stop the bleeding with this team. The Islanders are a well coached team that plays with a good defensive system. Boudreau kept telling the team to block shots. He told reporters that he writes down the phrase "shot blocking" on a whiteboard in the locker room. A big stat from last night's game: Islanders: 18 blocked shots. Canucks: 3 blocked shots. |
