I really hate how Blizzard makes the begining of zones so easy. They should do it so if you havn't killed C'thun, your guild is not keyed for Naxx. All these noob guilds killing the easy bosses in Naxx but still stuck on Huhuran or Twin emps is really funny. Come on Blizzard, lets see some linear instance progression.

Well BHB is the only trinket in the game with the most crit and my Royal Seal gets replaced sometimes with my Earthstrike which isnt as good as the Royal Seal. Passed too many Drake fangs to rogues for only a 10 attack power upgrade. The two trinkets im using are still on par with epics.

I agree RFlush. Those two trinkets are still good. I'd use the earthstrike in PVP situations over the royal seal though as burst damage is what kills people.

There's nothing in WoW but raiding. If you're bored of raiding, quit the game.

raiding can be both fun and not fun. Do u really understand what you saying.

For my previous raiding guild, it was fun when u get through new bosses, but it also causes pain.
for me to be "regulars" for the raid, it takes sacrifices. I was on an eastern server, raid time was 4 pm to 10 pm, from sunday to thursday. Friday/saturday zg/aq20 optional. if your not there for sunday -thursday with 90% attendance, u might get replaced, than u have to wait till someone needs to go. If ur a substitute, u need to farm during their raiding time to get dkp, farm whatever they want you to, or wait outside instance, I wouldn't call it ALL FUN when u have stuff to do real life, although its the sacrifice you are willing to take. I did it for a many months, but there was too much i was sacrifice for myself, but i never regretted it. Plus dkp within classes has competition. It like attendance award for all i know. Ontime dkp, dkp snap shot every once and a while, etc. Everyone is ontime in raids that you wont even see in your SCHOOL/college. I am not on time for sfu classes but i am 99% ontime for my raids before. Maybe ur in a guild that couldn't get through bosses like other guilds, because other guilds makes alot of sacrifices everyday going through nax right now. Not to say the amount of politics inside the raid, which I think whoever in these raid would understand. The only thing that makes u happy is when you get through new bosses in nax or when u get a VIRTUAL REALITY PURPLE ITEM. Next time u tell me to quit the game because i'm not raiding you should ask yourself what the hell you are saying. Once i've been in top guilds in the server, you would never want to join other guilds that can't even get through cthun in aq40 right now. I just wanted to play some games during happy hours after school, so i chose to just level up now. It doesn't really mean i have to quit the game man. Maybe my old guild was rougher than yours hehe.

No he's saying when you hit 60, you have the choice of running UBRS over and over and over and over. OR, rerolling, OR Raiding. So really, WoW is raiding. I mean I guess you could grind Rep/honor...but meh..Grinding sucks

I'm an officer in the top Horde guild on my server (5 Naxx kills...yeah, I know we're behind) which raids 5 days a week (except Friday/Saturday). I manage to raid at least 4 days, go to UBC, hold down a part time job and still have time for my friends. It sounds like your guild is just too strict or has rules that don't work well. We're up to farming our 5 Naxx bosses and AQ40 in two days with progression nights on the three others.

Once you hit 60, if you don't raid, there's nothing left to do. Maybe PVP but that's only about 3 months worth of fun.

i'm just saying to level up new chars. guess some of u got the wrong idea. there is nothign to do BUT raid when u hit 60
but the reason why i wouldn't raid as much right now and the reason why i suspended my raiding is expansion coming out soon. level increases, items changes, raid dungeons gonna change as well. most likely is 25 man raid, and any dungeons u working on now would be worthless.... unless u can bring tier 3 set and fight at level 70, which i doubt it =)
so might as well get more chars in the same server and level them, give u more options during expansion to play with
but i know some peopel have like 7 level 60 in one server already, which i really think they would be raiding everyday.

really ronin, with all ur busy schedule, did u actually find raiding that fun ? after a year for me, u see alot of problem with raiding, class leader, dkp attendance and all that stuff. than u get really upsessed with item actually, and not really able to control yourself, and u get bitched at by friends all week, its fun to actually get through new encounters, but i do feel the stress in it. The team part is very addicting and fun i can see, but there is always the other side as well. Am i the only one here feel raiding is not as fun. I had to play with 40-50 years old hags and saying they can roll on items back in my first raiding guild, and i wanted to stab them if i had a knife.

Find a better guild. I've been in many, but the one with my NE Rogue is by far the best. There will always be a guild more suited for you, as not everyone is hardcore about raiding and the item grind.

Sounds like you need a better guild...one more focused on progression than loot. I could personally care less if gear is outdated in 3 months in BC, I just want to kill things.

And no, they won't be outdated that fast. Blues have said that T3 will not be outdated before the epic instances in BC. The blues and greens will be equivalent to T2 or T2.5 but T3 will still be the best gear you can get before the 25-man (or epic 10-man) instances.

was doin our regular friday BWL farm last night spec combat mace.....kinda disappointed thus far with Servo

Prior week on Nef #1 on dps with Claw of black drake combat fist spec 186k dmg done

last nite on nef still #1 on dps with servo but only 162k dmg done....only gear change was going from Ony neck to Barb choker.

either the raid dps went up so the fight was shorter or my dps went down =(

You should check your DPS, not the damage done. If your raid's damage went up, you'll do more overall.

Our servo rogue is hemo. Does a fuckton of damage and keeps up with our other two top rogues with Maexxna's Fang + Pugio/Harbinger.

a) The seller sells account and then takes money and contacts blizzard saying he lost his password etc then requests it back and steals back the account.

b) the buyer contacts paypal or ebay saying the item he received was not how it was advertised and he gets his money back and you lose your account because you can't really contact Blizzard crying scam since you shouldn't be selling your account in the first place.

So make sure the money is in paypal and then into your bank account.

it's not that simple with WoW accounts, if you give them your cdkey and secret question they can then retract the payment and steal the account. And if you don't give them the secret question and cd key many people won't buy it because you can reset the pw with it

Looking at that guys buying habits, i'd say it's a hacked account. Plus.. $1000? That's kinda excessive for an account, even with your stats. I have a friend with gear as good as yours but without the Naxx quest, and he managed to sell it for around $400.

The only sure way of preventing the chargeback scam, is to sell the game itself which includes your character. This way you have an actual item that you are selling away, and thus a paper trail. Since you are selling a online character, there is no way they can confirm that an actual deal went through, thus they can get away with it. But if you have something physical to sell, and he chargebacks the card, you can actually defend the charge.

if he scams you, report your account hacked, fax your drivers license + account name and they'll restore your char and secret word/password.

When I played my mage, I was in a mix of PvP gear and Tier 1's/Random epics. Had +358 dmg..Had no problems killing warriors. But you're always gunan get the occasion where a warrior rapes you.
Frost spec mage...frost nova...2 FB crits and Cone of cold crit, there ya go, dead warrior.

Ice barrier, Mana shield, sheep, bandage, frost nova, frost nova, you intercept, I blink, I frost bolt, frost bolt, fireblast, cone of cold and you are dead. Worst case scenario and is ill need to add in an extra ice nova, then blink then frost bolt.

you forget, i can dispel your first ice nova and intercept, bloodrage, hit, MS, and one more skill. rend or whatever i choose.

if im lucky and of those 2 normal hits and 2 MS's... if 2-3 of them were crits then you'd be dead.

new rend and deep wounds increases 4% all damage to target, hamstring, revenge stun, thunderclap. and let your teammates finish them off. warriors are just there to make everything go smoother and faster.

they released servers a couple days ago and some talks about releasing more a week from now...

people say they would not release during launch day due to server crashes or something...but it would be the most logical idea.

hey... my warrior is now at lvl39.. just need a good place to grind it out so i can
1. get him to lvl 40
2. rack up enough gold to afford the mount.

any suggestions on some areas on where to do this? preferably with enemies who will drop cash and for now.. want to steer clear of elites so i'm thinking lvl 38 - 41 enemies.

Also, anyone want to recommend a 'instance' for this level?

sigh, why do people insist on paying for gold, it really isn't that hard to get. Just grind it out and make the gold. I payed for my epic mount the old fashioned way (before they were cheap like they are now). The easiest way to make money in the game is still to play in the AH. The place is like a stock market. Find some items that fluctuate in price a lot, Rugged Armor Kits for example. buy them when they are low and stockpile them until there are none in the AH and then sell them for whatever you want.

Another thing you can try is bring theings from the alliance side to the horde (or vice versa) as on my server the alliance AH is WAY cheaper than the horde due to the population imballance.

Nah man eBay is easier unless you are an enchanter or something.

Think about it. For an average user it would take them over 1 month to earn 1000g. Not only that but it is boring as hell grinding. You work for 12 hours at a 8 dollar an hour job and you will have enough to buy 1000g

Well, that is what I told people when I was trying to sell my 11,000g. I Also did buy gold once. I bought 3000g for $35 per 1000. Then 3 months later I resold it for $90 per 1000.

I still hate the idea of selling/buying gold in a video game. I found it extremely gratifying to know that I earned my epic mount when I bought it.

Also, A way that I made some extra money was by making rare leatherworking items and selling them in the AH. I made about 200-300 G from that towards the purchase of my mount.

actually fury/dw is terrible for anything under 60, cause you won't have any +hit rating, making most of your swings misses against mobs/players your level. your crit rating will be super low since your gear most likely sucks at those levels, less hits = less crits = less flurry = harder time leveling.

2H fury is better than DW pre60, but AXE ms spec is the easiest by far with the 5% morecrit at those levels it's huge.

Install Titan bar, or something that tracks exp per hour. Try out both. DW fury has something like an extra 5k exp per hour, can't remember. But trust me, gets you more exp.

i have titan bar but um i can't level past 60atm. i farm way better in fury but that's cause i have +120 hit rating, and a 30%chance to crit. without the gear though DWFury is nota viable option trust me.
