Our enchanters get enough shards and shit on our MC runs just from the excess crap. Cenarion and Felheart (tier 1 druid and warlock epics) are already getting DEed. A Nemesis Skullcap off our last Onyxia kill was DEed.

We use a DKP system so the people that play the most get decked out faster. I'm easily the most equipped shaman on the server. I can basically WILL people to die.

The first boss isn't hard. We almost beat it with 20 people yesterday after we did our BWL attunement quest without even knowing anything about the encounter. It's not a straight up "kill = loot" encounter and it takes some thinking but I think we have it down when we go back in with 40 after finishing up MC tonight.

So the Gate into the 3rd boss is locked to ALL guilds (Conquest, 12Prophets, FoH etc) and Fury of War is the ONLY guild allowed to go past the gates and kill the 3rd, 4th, and 5th boss. They have also seen Neferian while everyother guild is stucked behind the gate (which blizzard knows and admits its a bug)

10o, 2nd floor, jump down, let designated flag carrier grab flag, stay as a pack, out the tunnel, intercept the opposite's team flag carrier in midfield, repeat 2 more times.

Simple enough? People still manage to screw it up, either the flag carrier tries to run out from 2nd floor, on which tons of alliance characters have already revived after being killed by us in the flag room, or the flag carrier runs too fast, doesn't stay as a pack and gets owned.

This tactics work everytime so far as long as every player has some kind of teamwork and common-sense. But in the game, there will always be one or 2 guys screwing it up, that or there are level 50s who are a waste of space. I haven't won any game with level 50s inside.

i have a 60 hunter on shatter hand and want a change, mostly out of the PVP.... and the EST time zone. raiding with people that are 3hours a head is a fing pain!!

Blizzard is suppose to allow server transfers soon, if this does happen i was thinking of transfering here to kilrogg. But i want to make sure i can get into a top guild for raiding end game. I was the main puller in MC so i know my shit.

You should of gotten the Onyxia Pendent over Esk's collar. Way better. Because your RAP seems a bit low. I hope shadowstrike is just a pvp weapon for you, otherwise, its kind of useless.

I find it enjoying when I sit in Ironforge with Brutality blade and Core hound tooth and rogues oogle over me for having better melee weapons then them. I just duel rogues and flip on deterance and own rogues in melee duels.

Also Blizzard has stated you wont be able to transfer from PvP - PvE and vica versa. Also wont be able to transfer faction.

So if has to be Horde pvp server - another horde pvp server.

Depends on specs. Since you are offensive spec, you should just stick with crit. Armor does jack against spell caster, which are your main enemies in PVP.

But you may want to keep all of them.

thats 180 life and 180.. or 280 attack power. its a big difference. kinda

but 1% crit.. maybe.

18 str isnt 180 attack power.... 18str is 36 attack power, u are doing ur math wrong. for a warrior each STR = 2 ap. so 10 str = 20 ap or 200 str = 400 AP.

as for hitpoints i believe its the same way, although im not 100%

as for wearing mail instead of plate for 1% crit... why? there are plate items out there that give % crit, BP included.

Meh, I'd say it's worth it. When you hit 60...you pretty much have nothing left to buy except your epic mount. After that...money just piles up. I just have to pay my MC/Onyxia/BWL repair bill and that's about it.

I mean, when I hit Champion, I'm going to buy the PVP set armor just for fun...lol..even though it's vastly inferior to my armor.

haha actually i dont have a lot of money and the only crafters are on the horde side (i am alliance) and they seemed to be charging 250 + mats to craft. also pvp is not really viable for me atm because with 37k cp in a week, i gained half a rank from master serg to serg major, as i am a casual gamer, i dont have the time to pvp all day and get 500kcp per week

No, you put up some crap (something like wolf meat) for sale at Gadgetzan AH at a ridiculously high price like 150g.

It's such a fucking joke. Then there are these high ranking mages from OoA who don't know wtf they are doing in wsg. They insist to have the top priest on D with them (3 mages 1 druid 1 priest on D), while O team is gimped with Me, Priestz (a shaman) and 3 low ranking noobs. We still managed to get a flag out using jaffro's method: I sprint ninja, vanished when slowed, prepartion sprint and then pass it to Priestz.

I am still in there because there is no better choice. Sure, most people are friendly and all but for some of them, their real side shows once you stick around for longer, eg: Dlore, Dloress and Gbits. They start acting like bitches. I've only met three people from the guild who are cool (excluding the people I already know on rs and real life), Priestz, Badassity and Zayfisch. Of the 3, 2 of them aren't in the new guild.

Why would anyone gank towns when they can go in BG for more CP? And killing Civilians give you DK which does an instant rank drop. I only go to gank and noobs when I am waiting for a good wsg group.

I just got 202k CP this week. That will probably take me to 1/4 - 3/4 blood guard. I should be able to get my Legionnaire rank next Tuesday. Would be nice to get Rank 10 by the 30th. This will boost my HP to over 4k and I will have 1-2 weeks to work towards my Rank 11 mount.

Remember that diminishing returns almost negates HK CP. Killing anyone more than 4 times a day is pointless.

Both are an upgrade to my existing weapons. I am not sure if I will use the scout's blade that much cos a Julie's dagger will apply poison much faster than it. I will have to see.. There's also a bow that you can pick up, you can see the stats on worldofwarcraft.com battleground page. But I am not sure if it's really an improvement over the korrak's x-bow.

Think of it this way, they can ALWAYS make the monsters much harder to kill to the point where it's unkillerable, or set a loop on the life of the boss so when it only has 1% life left, it goes back to 100%. If anyone wants to be stumped, they shouldn't be playing a game.

Isn't it much better now that the bosses are "easy" and you can get the drop more quickly?

For me, instances are boring. I don't like to go in there for hours and still has the chance to not get anything. I am just going to PVP till I get my rank 14. If I am keeping this pace up, I should be able to get it by October or November.

I've been pvping for a month anyways. Pretty sure I can get to rank 10 by end of month. After that there are 4 more ranks and I am giving myself 2 weeks per rank. Lazaree already pvp way less to make room for people to rank up. There's no reason for anyone on the "A-list" pvp group to not get Rank 13 or 14. The only team that we can't win against is the Conquest + Vanquish team with Pitts, Counter, and Renek. And then there's the cheap ass group that uses cheap tactics to win, (Jaffro, Beleg, Pogostick).

I'll make Rank 12 maybe and quit. I don't want anything from the PVP system...the stuff from MC is better.

Blizzard has stated that "end-game" content was:

"Onyxia's Lair, Molten Core and Blackwing Lair. Also the two new outdoor mobs would give guilds a challenge."

Yet only ONE of the instances is somewhat hard. Blackwing Lair istance is random. Strategies are applied, yet could never be mastered. The number of spawns, B.A. or other factors are random which makes the encounters hard. Not the mob itself. Plus raid balance has nothing to do with BWL. It is basically DPS based so warriors and rogues can do the most DPS and with many of those classes you will win. You can beat Vael with 20 warriors, 10 rogues and 10 priests easily. So what about mages, warlocks, shamans, pallys, and hunters? The eng-game is not balanced (for BWL).

Only ONE guild has killed the new Vael. Fury. What does that prove? That they are the best guild? No, it proves that the encounter is luck based and stupid. Ascent, Conquest, Afterlife, those good guilds cannot beat Vael, reason; Lag, poor encounter structure and everytime they (including my guild) beats him, they "hotfix" him to change him. So we make a strategy, spend hours perfecting it, kill a mob, then one day later it changes.

If that is Blizzard's way to stump hardcore raiding guilds, that is bullshit.
Guilds were killing BWL mobs with ease, lets take out Taunt to make it stupid. Basically blizzard just screwed Tank warriors with that move. When an encounter comes easy, they change it? How gay.

Yes, I complain about this game, because being a hardcore raider, this does not prove to be true end-game content.

Yes Blizzard does not care for hardcore raiders because we make up 10% of the game player base while the rest of the 90% are happy, which in return makes Blizzard happy for profit gain.

No, if you're not in an end-game raid guild, you won't understand, Ulic. Recent changes and bugs have made encounters in those instances very random and luck based. Every guild has noticed a huge change in, for example, the way you hold agro on Onyxia. There's too much randomness because the freakin' thing is too easy. I'm guessing Blizzard messed it up to make it harder but that's crap because it's hard because of luck, not based on making the actual boss harder.

That and the lag is horendous. Every fucking time we go do Ragnaros, some sort of lag or server crash happens. Goddammit Blizzard, fix your current content before adding more.

I predict Zul'Gurrub will be a fucking joke with blues that compare to MC loot like Dire Maul. Blizzard is trying to appease the "casual gamers" that want epic loot.

Even the chessiest guilds are starting to beat MC. IMO, there are only 5 guilds on Horde side on our server that should be in MC (TI, BT, ToK, Last Rites and Incursion). I couldn't believe that freakin' Burning Horde or Insane Asylum or whatever are doing MC. I've never even heard of these people...

Kazzak and Azuregos are easy as fuck too. The only hard part is being online when they spawn. We can kill either with 25...

2 rogues and a hunter was the max i took on and surviving.

i died like.. immediately afterwards cuz of a dot. but that's ok. i dropped them

they both ambushed me and i hit retaliation and hit my insignia as soon as that ran out, they were both like.. at well enough to die from a a weapon hit from a priest. so i just whirlwind'd, then intercepted the hunter and got a lot of lucky crits haha.

retaliation+sweeping strikes+cleave+overpower=lots of dead guys in a very very short period of time.

im basically hitting each guy like.. 5-6 times per second

How was he nerfed? Our first try of Rag was just before he was patched to Rag 3.0. We would've beaten Rag 2.0 100 times by now.

BIGGEST NERF: His fire used to be unresistable. Then they implemented Dark Iron gear which is a huge nerf. Then after 1.6, they made DI so easy to get that every warrior has at least the DI helm and Pants which gives such a BIG fire resist boost to make your MT invincible. Ever since 1.6, so many noob guilds have killed Ragnaros that it is turning int UBRS, which at one time, was guild only.

LOL...you have no idea what you're talking about. During 1.5, Rag (Rag v2.0...1.0 was the unbeatable one that no one ever killed...Ascent's first kill was 2.0), had zero lava splashes. You can read in the patch notes...it was something along the lines of "Fixed bug that caused the lava in Ragnaros' lair not to splash periodically. The damage is resistable."

Yeah...sure. It used to be unresistable because it never happened. lol

Rag 2.0 was the easiest one. Knockback on the MT was not even an issue. That's why you would read the forums for a few weeks after 1.6 and people would ask "Has anyone killed Rag post patch?" Killing Rag 2.0 was a matter of bringing loads of rogues since the lava never splashed and no one ever got knockback. It's a fact that Rag is harder after the 1.6 patch. No one will ever dispute this.

We made it a point to not read any other strategies on killing him and figured it out on our own. I attribute our kill to finally figuring out the balance between FR and stats and Sons of Flame strategy.

2 hour isn't a nerf...lol...if you can't get him in one hour, you probably won't in 2.

During the first stages of Rag was easy. The next hotfix made him a bit harder. After 1.6, he was easier than the original killable Ragnaros because of Dark Iron gear.

If you do not see 2 hours is a nerf, you are blind.

How many tries did you attempt to kill Ragnaros? Now, within those 2 hours of trying. Imagine you had 1 hour of learning the encounter. So then, all these months that you have not killed Kazzak, you would have to x2.
