good choice on the clutch! plan for going big dont pussy foot around |
Superchager is the last thing to bolt on (also going to do a jackson racing header. Im thinking about doing head work, but from what i hear these engines flow extremely well from factory) Plan is to probably do a PWR Rad, and a coolant re-route so that i dont end up overheating cylinder 4 |
^ you driving a miata? Is this Zac? |

and craig is right cooling is paramount for sc. and they wont make enough power to warrant a big mean clutch unless your using spray as well |

modded some new parts onto the trucks engine... new starter, and new a/c belt tensioner, as the old ones were both making disturbing noises. |
picked up a set of Cerwin Vega 6.5" door speeks. Theyre suppsoed to be ralgood. Better than Alpines, we'll see once i put them in. Damn Miata's having to take whole door panels off to get at speeks. |
weird, my years the speaker panel pops off INterested to see how they sound, i need to upgrade my fronts pretty soon |
Cerwin Vega makes great sounding subs, nice to know how coaxles sound. Did a bit of work on the Geo today. Changed front/rear diffs, transfercase and tranny fluids, engine flush with new oil, Put a cone filter on the intake, alignment and wheel balancing, fixed the non working tail lights and cleaned the interior. |
As it turns out, Kevin at Dynamic did'nt have the Cerwins in the size I needed for my doors. My doors are a 5x7, so i tried out a pair of Eclipses, and tbh... I did'nt like them at all. My stock paper speeks sounded better. |

ive found that alot.. when i was younger and super anal about haveing a "sweet system".. i have gone in countless times and tried out multiple dif. brands.. eclipes was one brand that i found was hardly a step above stock for the most part.. CV. is a great name. been around forever.. and suprisingly.. ive had great results from Alpine.. |
5x7 is somewhat of an oddball size speaker as well. Have you looked into those 5x7 speakers where it's a plate which has a seperate tweeter and a round woofer? Not sure of the exact name of them... I had some in Kenwood in basic 5x7 speaker and it had great highs and some mid, but most mid and all low end notes were pretty much not present. |

Modded my old Tanabe Sustec Pro-Street suspension into the ol civic. What a difference in appearence.. Gonig froma shitbox, to a lowered shitbox :D |
some nitehawk bulbs and head light polish much better. fpr fixed itself, not leakin fuel anymore, very cool. that resulted in 2 tanks of 14mpg, back to 19 now hah. |
Demodded the civic from my posession tonight. Yes, the one I just put suspension into last night :p |
Mod of the night: Gutted back half of the Integra and did some minor interior wire tuck at the back so it doesn't look as bad as it already does lol. |
wasn't it allready gutted tom?? |
Nope, just back seats :D Street trim man. lol |
hah, so now it's in gutted-lighter-street-ish trim right? |
yeah. that's what we'll go by :D or a wannabe racer lmao |
A wannabe racer running 12's in a FWD teg, riiiiiight. :D |
I'm gonna weigh everythnig tonight to see how much weight I pulled off. I removed: rear and side panels rear seat belts all rear seat belt brackets and etc speaker pod and brackets and etc ABS computer Im going to geuss right now, 25lbs. what a waste of time haha.
