haha, I wish...I got a good deal on the room.

Just got back from my trip. The weather was amazing but I found that LV was pretty dead I guess because it was the weekday. The hotel and room were amazing. I paid $209 per night for the Bella two queen bed suite. I was able to get the strip view room without paying the $50 extra so that was nice. The hotel did have some negative reviews because it wasn't completed but everything is pretty much done now including the amazing pool area. Most of the stores are open like Barneys of NY and most of the bars and restaurants are open as well. Unfortunately the Lambo store was still under construction but I did check out the 40/40 club. It was a rip off but the interior and setup was pretty sweet.

Found a $19 flight to Vegas on Allegiant from Bellingham! $70 USD round trip! How sweet is that! Unfortunately, they upped the prices today (I booked yesterday). Called up the promotions department at TI for the 3 nights - $89 per. Total cost, sharing the room with 2 others for 3 nights: approx $170.

It looks like all the good deals we've been seeing are going to be no longer happening. I read an article related to hawaii http://honoluluadvertiser.com/apps/p...NTPAGECAROUSEL but I think it applies to all airlines/destinations.
I got lucky and booked my flight from YVR to HNL at $458 including taxes because it looks like the lowest price now is going to be no less than $6-700.

However, from Bellingham to Vegas, Allegiant has $19 deals on May 2, 5, 12, 18 and 19!

i stayed at Excalibur, it's cheap but it's right in the middle of the strip. they recently renovated so some of the rooms are pretty new. their pool was upgraded too very nice. they have private cabanas with tvs! not sure if you have to rent those or what!

Going to Vegas in mid June for 3 nights. This is my second time going and we're doing it up a notch from last time.

Last time I went 10 of my closest friends and I stayed in 2 rooms at Imperial Palace. Wow was that a gongshow. Yes Imperial is ghetto and yes I smells funny. We were looking for a budgeted trip and this was exactly that. With that being said - it had to be the best partying I've done as I had just turned 21. We went to Tryst and Pure and it was steller .

2 years later to now and we're all going again and looking to spend some cash. We will be staying at Planet Hollywood - we have 3 rooms, and the pana-ramic penthouse suite at the top. This time around the guys wanted to spend a little extra and do it big.

In terms of hotel - I would get one you feel meets the needs of what your looking for. When we stayed at Imperial we didn't want to spend much and wanted to be on the middle of the strip - so Imperial made sense for us.

This time around we're at PH and want a really nice place so this works for us.

Lots of people talking about clubbing down there. Do you guys use hookups or a vip host or anything like that or just go and spur of the moment it.

A buddy of mine that's going with us - is planning the trip and he's talking with a VIP host (middle man) between you and the club -so we can skip lines , get a table at the club etc.

bottle service is a must. vip hosts are good hook ups
