Dual Shock 3 for PS3 (Black)

$70 shipped

Pay by Paypal or direct bank deposit (can be done at any HSBC branch)

If paid by bank deposit, $2.71 discount (that's the Paypal fee)

This is only $3 more than what you'll pay when they finally show up in stores in 3 months. IF you buy them in the US. In Canada, they will probably be even more than $70 after tax.

If you want a white controller, add $2 (they cost more for some reason)

PM me if interested!

This deal still stands, for those who want Dual Shock now instead of mid-April. The official US price is $55, so the Canadian price will be $60. After tax that becomes $67.20

So for less than $3 more, you can have your Dual Shock 3 this week :)

^^ Hey skinnypupp, will we get charged duty if we order from you?

Probably not, I always set the value low enough to avoid charges.

Koflach 02-27-2008 09:05 AM

i heard the price of the dualshock 2 will be 54.99 USD.

stuff99 02-27-2008 09:55 AM

Most of them do now. Older games have been updated to include it.

Do I have to do a direct deposit with HSBC?

Can I do an online payment through my RBC account? I can barely find time to play games let alone looking for a HSBC branch and wait for those jerks at the counters to open up:(

you can't do online transfer to hsbc with an rbc account.
Just go to an hsbc branch when it's not busy so you don't have to wait for those "jerks"

Yup we can do RBC if you want. You can do an interac email transfer (unfortunately, HSBC doesn't support this) but there is a fee to send a payment that way. PM me

Army of Two Review

Eff-1 03-03-2008 10:38 PM

This weekend in the Province I read this:

http://www.canada.com/theprovince/ne...3-35d835b0b94f

And was amazed to see that the new bundle included 3 DS controllers.

But then I realized the newspaper was confused.

Too good to be true...

thing is, I work in North Shore and lives in Burnaby.

The only HSBC branches that come to mind is either at Crystal mall, and on 6th (?) in New West.

NEITHER of these locations is "non busy";)

I think that's just a typo.

It should really means 1*DS3 instead of 3 DS3.

It wouldn't make any sense in packing 3 controllers with a 80G and a game for $499. Sony will take a BIG hit if they are doing that.

Yeah like I said. Unfortunately the newspaper got confused.

Eff-1 03-04-2008 01:21 PM

So what would you say is the better deal?

The new upcoming 80GB PS3 bundle with the new controller and MGS4 for $499

OR

The Costco bundle that has

PlayStation® 3 hardware
PS3 Blu-ray remote
2 SIXAXIS controllers
Hard drive (40 GB)
Spider-Man™ 3 Blu-ray Disk™

For $488

Go for the 80GB. The new controller is awesome (and you can buy a second one after that), you probably won't need to use the remote, and Spider Man 3, well.. fucking sucks. Plus you get *some* backwards compatibility, and PS3's first true "AAA" game.

7Ma? 03-04-2008 09:50 PM

anyone picking up army of two?
wonder how good it is.....

Thanks. That's all i needed to know.

twitchyzero 03-04-2008 11:33 PM

^ yeah go for it ..you'll regret getting the sixaxis instead of getting the DS3. but i have a feeling if you want the 80GB you might have to wait until late july early august instead of the June release

It's best to wait until the summer anyways!

Ronin 03-05-2008 12:58 AM

The remote is actually quite useful since controlling movies with the controller is annoying.
