Yeah I've wanted a pair of Nudies for a while.. But I always just turn to N&F, Unbranded..
Maybe this Christmas..

I have these as well and I purchased them under the premise that they would fade like regular raw denim. However, with coated jeans, they're actually designed to develop more of a shine as the coating gets "polished" as it's worn (it starts very matte). Right now my pair is in a pretty ugly phase where they look like shiny leather pants... if I can get through this then they'll probably look pretty cool in the end.

The other downsides is that they aren't breathable at all... so summer wear is suicide. They're freezing in the winter and the denim is extremely thin so I don't know if they'll stand up to the test of time.

Really? How long have you had them?

Mine are probably going on a year now and never washed. They're pretty damn glossy compared to it's original matte state. Perhaps it doesn't happen as much with the black coated?

Oooo Yeah I just remembered they were kinda glossy, but I did end up washing them after 4 months of wear and now they aren't glossy anymore :P

If you wash those coated nudies you're removing the resin so it loses the shine and you have a pair of normal black jeans.

shit... i got a sz 32 APC new standard and it feels like its 33 or 34 :heckno:

IIRC the size on the tag of APCs are 2-3 smaller than true waist size..

so if you're true waist size is 32 you should be getting size 29-30.

yea you should probably get size 29 or 30. The size 32 you have is going to get worst when it starts to stretch

then again that was a year ago so iono if he still making deliveries.

the whole point of raw denim is that it takes a beating and keeps going.
nothing delicate about them in any way except dont put them in the dryer!
