Stackhouse burger bar 8/10 The only reason this place didnt score 10 for me was the price was still a little to much (its still a burger as much as you call it something else) but the burgers are easily the best in the city (if you like chicken burgers, this place has the best in the city, hands down) fries were a little ho hum, wish they were fried in some kind of lard. Highlight of the dinner was the onion rings, no one on the city has anything on them, they were a little cheaper and got a bit more, id still be there ordering doubles. |
Mondo burger in richmond / steveston it wasn't bad, great people, tiny joint, extremely small TV to watch games was gay. burgers were decent, instead of slapping a patty + the fixings, they have burgers eg// curry chicken burger with all the mixings already inside the burger; it was unique. would go back there if i was in the area, but meh... 7.5 / 10 |
Horizons steak lobster deal. 6/10. Posted via RS Mobile |
nando's chicken on kingsway. 6/10 would normally give them an 8, but they were completely off their game last night. messed up my order twice, chicken was cold, fries were soggy, and they kept on forgetting my peri sauce! |

X site I'm really getting addicted to their Tuesday burger specials. Any burger for (some price I forgot, maybe 5 something??) when you buy any beverage. Really awesome! I had a havarti bacon burger and a 1516 lager. Comes with salad and potatoes. Gf had avocado chicken burger and ice tea. Good food and it came out sooo quick holy crap did they make it quick Okay service, but the lady forgot my chips and salsa don't go there I eat there 9/10 good burgers good price Posted via RS Mobile |
Noodle box. fucking fail 1/10 white people making Asian flai noodohs is fucking wrong. it's goopy with sauce and the ingredients are all pre-made and not fresh. Cashiers are full of bitchattude. 14 bucks for a take out box of noodles. This shit is about as good as a fast food vendor at a food court |

^ It was too busy so the service was really slow. We waited 20 mins for drinks and 50mins for food. When the food came out, both me and my buddy's steak was overcooked and the lobsters were very rubbery. We told them about it, and the waiter straight up told us it will take another 30 mins for them to make a new one since the kitchen was backed up. We just ate it as is. Not very impressed. |

What time did you go? I went at 530 so it wasn't too busy, but I can imagine today/yesterday would be busy regardless of time due to the deal being almost over. Quote:

I hate it when white people make asian food and charging ridiculous prices for it. It's totally a tourist trap. And what's worse is they misrepresent how good Chinese food can be. Quote:

Yeah, I got curious one time, walked in there, looked at the menu, then promptly walked out. I would have at least given them a try if they were innovative. But they serve the same schlock "small town chinese restaurants" make, just with a bit better image. Thanks, but no thanks. |

Fatburger on 152nd Don't.. go.... well not this location atleast... onion rings suck ... (triple O's still has my vote for the best onion rings) burger aren't that special (they may come big but lol red robins is even better) fries bleh... chili fries are okay.. the mocha java milkshake is the only thing i'd get from there. |
Noodlebox is not bad... All depends on what you order It's preety overpriced though Posted via RS Mobile |

I fucking HATE the noodle box. Same thing for the one in Victoria. All my white friends love that place and say how good asian food is because of it. I will never go there again. |

They definately should've made it up to you in some way though (drinks/appy/dessert or something). They're trying to advertise by giving a good deal on food but not giving proper service = fail. |

Le Crocodile....10/10 Went here based on Culverin's review a few pages back. I had the Wild Musroom Ravioli to start, then the chef's special Cariboo on sweet pea cuscus (sp), for desert was soufle and a nice glass of wine with the main course. The wife has Salmon 3 ways to start, then the rack of lamb, and pear tart for desert. All the food was superb! The service was excellent! I really cant say enough good things about this place. For 2 appies, 2 mains, 2 deserts, and 2 glasses of wine with HST was $178....considering the quality of food and service, DAMN GOOD DEAL! Will be going back again and again! |

On a positive note. I tried the Nando's on Cornwall at Pt Grey. 10/10. Everything was perfect. |
