You should take them off no earlier than late February, because if the temperatures are usually less than 7°C outside, the snow tires maintain better grip even on pavement.

Plus temperature is still staying around 0 degrees, winters don't just help in snow, they help at these temperatures also.

I still have lots of snow from before... like a foot of untoched snow, and 3' piles along the driveway...

so I'm on what, 40 days straight with snow on the ground? compared to about 7 days max in the past 20+ years.
