Beware of the Sport Mart parking lot on broadway. The entrance fucked up my car today http://members.shaw.ca/volvoman/inde...Car/!@%23$.JPG Apparently a snow plow bent the metal plate up..and of course, no "Do No Enter" sign there. Cost me $80 to tow my car up, and move it 20 feet away. Damage was done tho. Either pulled my exhaust loose and is rattling against the bottom of my car, or poked a hole in my muffler. fuck fuck i had to say it twice |
dang dude, hope its not much hassle |

Yeah, I couldn't believe it when it started snowing again, although it was kinda cool, lol. Took a drive up to the very top of Westwood Plateau... holy shit do they have a lot of snow. It's fuckin' nuts. But once you come down a few blocks, it's like everywhere else. |
oh yah snow stops raining now |
What's fucked is my area has no snow, not even a tiny little pile but I was around the Oakridge area tonight and my god does that area still have tons of snow lying around. And what's even worst is the side streets which look the same when we had the storms last month. |
I haven't been posting for awhile... The snows are half the height now after the rain, but I think there were more snow fall yesterday. So it is "plow" or "shovel" when I clear snow by hand. Isn't plow the ones on trucks? OH RIGHT! Here's what happened the other day... The other day I was shoveling snow on the side of my house. All of a sudden the snow on the roof of house next door got too heavy, and fell. I thought "Oh shit!" and watched as the avalanche hit me in my face. I quickly got buried under heavily packed snows all the way to my chest height. I got my arms up when it hit me, but my legs couldn't move at all! A neighbour who was clearing the driveway came to see what happened and laughed. He tried to pull me out but the snow were to heavy. I've eventually got out after I dug away some snow. Good thing it wasn't another 2 feet of snow... |

The snow is hardly a problem anymore. My stupid boots finally arrived (ordered online) and the snow is all gone practically. I'm gonna refund them now. (which I can do so, because it's part of the policy, as long as I haven't worn it for up to one year) |

first day driving since the snow 3 weeks ago. Car had no insurance as of dec 26, went to insure and the chick told me that I needed aircare since its the "new year". Fuck If I woulda known that then I would have insured it before the new year. So i'm stuck with a 2 day permit for today and tomorrow :(. arent they stopping aircare within the next 2 years ? |

Besides going up to the arctic, I really find no reason to wear boots. I've slowly started to notice only females wear boots. Lots of male boots are only ankle high. Like dress shoe boots you get form ALDO. But that's besides the point, because no straight man would tuck his pants into his ankle high boots. And if that's the case, your pants are gonna get wet either way. |
^ Looks like you did some research, wanna share? I'm skiing on my hiking shoes! Need nails or something? |
