there is now

6am... renfrew and broadway: stay away.

2 trolley buses stranded in the northbound direction taking up both lanes at the shoulder, and a stuck semi at the traffic light in the same direction that was trying to go around them.

same intersection westbound... another semi sideswiped a pickup truck and both are blocking both the curb and slow lane

... and anything that says "boundary"... don't go there! i had turned left from hastings to go down boundary and the civic in front of me did a 180' and i ended up following it's headlights halfway down the hill before it finally stopped :o

I know you guys are probably tired of seeing the same church in all of the snow pics I post but, heres how bad it got downtown.

Not according to those freaking squirrels, moose, no......... Rocky and Bullwinkle. Oh, right, groundhogs. That's what they were. The shadow thing. All three of them filthy varmints saw their shadows. That means a longer winter.

Not really. I always look forward to late January / early February, because of the longer days. It could be that we have had pretty clear skies as of late. Clouds really make a difference to the amount of light when the sun is low in the horizon.

danned 02-12-2009 10:51 PM

maybe the horizon is changed....
