I think it could've used FAR LESS NATIVE stuff and a little more representation of Quebec and Atlantic Canada.

Seriously, watching the opening, people would believe that aboriginal people are a huge part of the city when in fact...well, think about it this way...when's the last time anything from the aboriginal people affected your daily life in any way or you even gave anything in that part of Canada a thought?

I'd rather see Native stuff than french imo. It's more interesting and makes the ceremony FAR more entertaining to watch. They have stories, what do the french have? FYI I'm french so :p I can say anything I like about them.

I got friends in Quebec and they told me everyone there disagrees with what the politicians are saying, and they're pretty annoyed because it reflects on them badly like they're complaining....
they said the amount of French that was spoken they weren't even expecting that much and the head Olympic honcho is from Belgium so he spoke quite a bit of it.

This as a publicity stunt for these fake ass politicians, typical politickin bullshit, I mean think of the publicity they get now when this has to do with the Olympics, it's an absolutely huge event and they know this they're not stupid, corrupt and fake yes.... but stupid they're not
