Corporate Swags - what you got? I gotta plan for Xmas and allocate budget and plan for events. What you all got that's good swags (that you would use) 1) Yeti mugs very 2024/ 2025 2) cpu headset hangers 3) blankets 4) arcteryx jackets were nice but of course they are like 350 bucks... 5) portable massage guns 6) cell phone, ipod + i watch chargers were a nice touch. https://www.godelta.com/hubfs/Blog-I...Ideas_Hero.jpg |

I like fleece blankets with the foot and remote pockets for watching tv. I still have mine from my eBay days 20 years ago and it's great. That said, a lot of the ones out there now are way too fluffy - mine has a very dense weave that's not too thick so it works well when I decide to take a nap on the couch. |
Costco Membership for everyone. |
Fire everyone and only hire East Indian interns. Saves costs…. Just don’t let them do a brake job |
Speaking of which. I just got home and I took some more photos. Look at this awesome job. Even the inner wheel is scuffed https://i.postimg.cc/NjK5dPdh/IMG-5270.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/15C8cZcc/IMG-5273.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/L66q1sf8/IMG-5278.jpg I can’t tell from the angle of the caliper but there isn’t even the top pivot bolt is there ? |
That's fucked up. Did they actually forget to replace both the top and bottom caliper pins/bolts? Jesus, they better bend over backwards to try to resolve this... |

High quality toques portable fan timbuk2 laptop backpacks My company has provided all sorts of swag over the years ive been with them. The list above is what I see most of our employees use love the most. All the cheaper swag items usually just get donated to other family members, regifted or get trashed. If the items are quite cheap the users just dont enjoy/appreciate it as much. |

What might be more useful and well received would be a company shut down (logistics allowing) and just man a skeleton crew for support. For the support crew they get to use the extra time within the year. I have 4 Swell bottles, a 1 liter MiiR, 2 Zusas, and a variety of other cups as swag. The Zusas get the most use as they are dishwasher safe. If you must give tumblers, find some that are dishwasher safe. Handwashing tumblers are a PITA. I have a Timbuk2 backpack from a previous job as well. They are nice but I don't have to go into the office. If you are RTO then a backpack is always nice if not everyone has gotten one already. Depending on your company name, a branded jacket is not a terrible choice. When I worked at Evo, some of the earlier peeps got Arcteryx jackets, by the time it came around to us (I have to be outside testing the cars sometimes) they gave us Stormtech, which while still nice, is nowhere close to Arcteryx level. Gotten a variety of other gadgets and stuff over the years - Beats Solo - sold and bought AudioTechnica with the funds - Office equipment spending allowance - went towards partially paying for my sit stand desk - Smart doorbell - installed on my parent's door at the basement - Qi mousepad - gave it to my dad as it charges iphone and airpods - Cheap zipup - became my work around the house jacket - Cheap bag - never used, went in the trash when I moved - Patagonia zipup - got stolen at work wtf :rukidding: |

Keep us posted about how this works out and good luck in dealing with their service department. |
It may vary from vehicle to vehicle as well but that top “pivot” bolt doesn’t typically use like a washer or those rubber bushings either do they? So in theory, there is no question when that bolt is actually threaded in? Sometimes I’ve found with previous vehicles the lower bolts which have that bushing sometimes fool you into thinking it’s being threaded but that top one looks to be just flush metal on metal? So there should be no question whether or not the bolt is actually in? |
So far so good. They are sending a tech to my house at 6pm to install two new bolts. They will then drive it back to the dealership and do a full inspection tomorrow. Considering I have a billion Lexuususususu with them, this is the bare minimum My buddy who was the service advisor for Lexus (20+ years) says he’s never seen anything like this before. Weirdest shit ever. |
