I've got to change what I'm doing in the gym. First sternum pain, now from what I believe is from improper breathing I got some major pain in the back of my head/neck. It happened when I was probably pushing a little too much weight on the leg press and got a sudden "headache". It now occurs when I exert myself on a big lift. Maybe it's time to take some time off.

Dude, we're like twins..I had that pain before too. I'm not really sure what caused it but I'd get it when I used the hammer strength bench machine.
It was a real pain in the ass and it threw off the rest of my workout

Sidenote: my shoulders are fried :)

made mine up from 3 years of going to the gym and figuring out what ways i like to do things. it changes every here and there too

Same, when I first started I got my brother to show me the ropes, from then on I made up my own routines

I make up my own, and change a thing here or there when a new Hype sweeps the interwebs. It is always on a basis of a 3-4 day routine.

sometimes i will look at peoples work outs or bodybuilders workouts on you tube and i might just take like 1 or 2 exercises and in-corp them into the workout, but i try no to go away from the basics.

Just wondering how I can get ABS fast.
I have some what of a belly, but people told me they have seen it kinda coming and I can too..

What kinda workouts or excersizes can I do?

Optimum Nutrition gold standard, loving it at the moment, has glutamines at bcaa's in it as well, great flavour, 80% protein per serving, very easy to mix (basically mixes when it just sits in a cup of milk)

Weighed in yesterday, 182lbs (5'10")...7 lbs heavier than last month. So far so good, id say another 3-8lbs and im golden, then try to lower my bf% a bit by increasing the cardio, and keep hittin the weights.
Ive increaseed my cal intake, adding 1 more protein shake with oats and peanut butter into the mix, more eggs at breakfast, more snacks in between.

I've lost 40 of my 70 pound goal and gained good muscle but my diet is so bad. Im good at keeping away from super bad food like mcdix and all that, but I can't seem to steer clear from bread and pastas. Worst part is I eat late night snacks daily but I still workout/run
a good 5 days per wk.

ive made myself a strict diet but its hard to follow it cuz the food aint so tasty lol.. i find myself cheating once every day :( .. tried doing 90lb db x 5 bench today.. was able too :)
