I've got to change what I'm doing in the gym. First sternum pain, now from what I believe is from improper breathing I got some major pain in the back of my head/neck. It happened when I was probably pushing a little too much weight on the leg press and got a sudden "headache". It now occurs when I exert myself on a big lift. Maybe it's time to take some time off. |

Weighed in yesterday, 182lbs (5'10")...7 lbs heavier than last month. So far so good, id say another 3-8lbs and im golden, then try to lower my bf% a bit by increasing the cardio, and keep hittin the weights. Ive increaseed my cal intake, adding 1 more protein shake with oats and peanut butter into the mix, more eggs at breakfast, more snacks in between. |
I've lost 40 of my 70 pound goal and gained good muscle but my diet is so bad. Im good at keeping away from super bad food like mcdix and all that, but I can't seem to steer clear from bread and pastas. Worst part is I eat late night snacks daily but I still workout/run a good 5 days per wk. Posted via RS Mobile |
