How do you guys cook your steaks? I dont do the grocery shopping around the house, my dad does (yes I still live at home cause I cant afford to move out) The only way I know of besides bbq is pan fry, but that would stink up the kitchen. Judging from what penner said I should slice it up so its easier to cook/eat? |
i am not a picky eater at all lol, like i eat whole wheat pasta plain so when it comes to meat im easy, alot of the time i will just use olive oil and rock salt on steak if i cook it on the bbq, but some time if i buy those round steak i will put a teri marinade on it like prev day and just pan fry in pan. last nights dinner chicken and steak and whole wheat pasta http://img651.imageshack.us/img651/4170/001xsw.jpg |

Coach Hines go pick up a grill... You can get a knock off of the george foreman from Superstore for pretty cheap.. Takes about 3-4 minutes to heat up and then depending how you like the steak between 5-8 minutes on the grill.. I usually take olive oil, montreal steak spices, fresh garlic, dried onion, ginger and a bit of salt on my steak... Let it sit for a couple hours marinating and then grill it. |

BBQ ftw! montreal steak spice + a sprinkling of salt. 7 minutes per side at medim-high (400*F on my bbq). i used to get fancy with sauces and shit but the older i get the more i just love the meat. (nobody take that the wrong way either you fucks :grin-FU:) |

just got back from doing chest work out tonight, i started with pin press bench just 3 sets to warm up then moved on to bench finished off with 3 reps of 3 plates and a 5 plate, pretty happy about it but thought i could do more, i tried incline bench after and i was really surprised what i could do, time for dinner sweat potato fries and maui ribs mmmmmmmmmmmmm |
yeah my bad supplements using metabolic and anabolic wats the diff sorry still kinda new if u talk about pre workouts i know my shitt lol |
No BBQ here, so I put my steak in the oven on a baking rack (So it's getting grilled like a BBQ, and a baking sheet underneath to catch all the fats/juices. I've found it to be almost as good as on a real BBQ. |

fridays are better because we go earlier and dont play mw2 for 2 hours on our ass first haha and fridays are always funny at the gym because of the pre-going-out work outs some guys do i just hit incline bench, flat bench, close grip rows, and cable pushdown thingers and finished off with chin ups |
