shoeless deadlift is so fucking money. It's so much easier to keep your back aligned and go all the way down keeping good form. I usually wear flat pumas and I got normal arches in my feet, thought today I'd just try barefoot for shits and giggles, huge difference. Added a solid 20 lbs to my deadlift just because it was so much easier .. my grip on the bar was even better. Solid :) 3 plate deadlift I'm comin' for you ! |
