Don't quote me on it, but I believe cottage cheese has more BCAA's vs. yogurt. If you do get yogurt, go for Greek Yogurt, has a much better macronutrient profile than regular yogurt. |

Ok for the people like me, who CAN'T FUCKING STAND COTTAGE CHEESE PLAIN (but eats it for benefits) the only one you should buy is the "Lucerne 1%/2% no salt added" which can be bought from Safeway. I would gag eating any other ones but because this has no salt and very little sodium, it is very easy to eat plain. |
You can add any fruit to it, and it'll taste great. Simmer some blueberries in a bit of orange juice with a dash of cinnamon, and you have a fantastic blueberry sauce that goes with every 'plain' dairy dish you can imagine (plain yogurt, plain cottage cheese, etc). |

IMO I wouldn't wear shorts or wraps or gloves to make up for a strong core, unless you actually have an injury or are lifting ridiculously heavy. Instead, make your core stronger. |
