Began cutting a month ago. High reps, change of diet, running on the track and even yoga. I lost 10~ lbs while still lifting at the same weight for everything but my chest. Weighing in at around 175 lbs.

Still DB pressing 100 lbs for 8-9 reps. Benching 2 plates (225 lbs) for 8-9 reps for 2 weeks now. Can't seem to get that up for some reason. My goal is to hit 11-12 reps by summer.

LOL...14 dolla balla trains at Sport Central....I was doing my routine workout (im not big in nature) anyways this guy and his buddy tries to intimidate me with his muscles (flexing etc.)....I laughed and gave him the "you're a loser" look.

-You don't look cool using the lat pulldown when u you have to lift ur ass off the bench and use your entire body weight to pull the bar down everytime...
-You're not going to impress other guys with your muscles...we're not homos. He must make 17 dolla an hour now that he can afford to pay 24.50 a month for gym pass.

LOL, theres always brown guys there thinking they're hot shit...usually around 4pm onward 6pm...when the HS kids show up...jesus fuck, they swarm the machines like flies on shit....and talk a fucking day.

have to say, bench dips with db's in between your legs are money. don't know why i didnt do these earier. they feel fucking amazing. give me a crazy good burn.
