fuck my life low carb is hard. It sucks how much you gotta spend to fill up at some restaurants, never noticed how full breads make you feel till you gotta live without em. I spent $25 at nandos and I'm still hungry :( Gonna go superstore and stock up on my favorite low carb foods, chicken wings, avacados, chicken breast, cottage cheese, and burger patties. Gonna try to work in early morning runs too, fml I had this convo with strykn a few weeks ago, but could you imagine if carbohydrates built lean muscle, and protein was converted into fat? If eating muffins and donuts got you shredded, I'd be at like 5% bf lol. |
Switch over to benching and then if u plateau on that again then go back to db chestpress. Or if u like just bench for a week and then go back to dumbbell chest press. |
I was stuck @ 95 dumbbells on incline for a few weeks. Decided to lay off it for a bit, starting doing a lot more weighted dips along with decline barbell bench. Now i'm 3 sets of 6 with 100's. I really gotta do a lot more chest flies tho, i've kinda got some triangle shaped titties. |
