Glad you felt good with the workout but Day 1 on HST and sore? Are you following the protocal correctly? Should be starting easy and ramping up in intensity/weight over each session.

For the supps, take the bcaa and glutamine pre, and the creatine post.

Toms of meat , and fats. When I cut I listened to skinny on the fat part it helped hella coco nut milk is prob my number one food I still drink a tin a day

Well, if he's lifting for strength then no need for soreness. If he's lifting for muscle growth, there's been good debates about whether soreness is required for growth stimulation.

OP said he's doing HST, 1st workout should be the least intense and shouldn't be sore unless he's very new to weight training.

fuck my life low carb is hard.

It sucks how much you gotta spend to fill up at some restaurants, never noticed how full breads make you feel till you gotta live without em. I spent $25 at nandos and I'm still hungry :( Gonna go superstore and stock up on my favorite low carb foods, chicken wings, avacados, chicken breast, cottage cheese, and burger patties. Gonna try to work in early morning runs too, fml

I had this convo with strykn a few weeks ago, but could you imagine if carbohydrates built lean muscle, and protein was converted into fat? If eating muffins and donuts got you shredded, I'd be at like 5% bf lol.

Switch over to benching and then if u plateau on that again then go back to db chestpress. Or if u like just bench for a week and then go back to dumbbell chest press.

I was stuck @ 95 dumbbells on incline for a few weeks. Decided to lay off it for a bit, starting doing a lot more weighted dips along with decline barbell bench. Now i'm 3 sets of 6 with 100's. I really gotta do a lot more chest flies tho, i've kinda got some triangle shaped titties.

What I did was swtich to barbell, and 5x5 of the heaviest I could possibly do without spot. I added 5lb (2.5lb) each week, and is currently still going up. Increased my bench by 25lb in about 4 weeks.
I also did a lot of weighted dips, which probably helped along the way.
