i have never done calve work but form cutting and doing stair master they have seemed to take some notice, i dont think anyone has nice calves. cept johnny drama |

^ fuck yeah dude rocked pretty good tonight, 155 flat bench felt really good, (yeah yeah, it my single worste excersise) then military press close grip rows then deadlifts got all warmed up, then did 315x4x3 and 335x4x1 as soon as i rolled the weights off the matts i use to cushion the fall, the 3 fauxhawk dudes come over and start doing shrugs w/straps w/ 1 plate i lolled to myself did some lat pull downs and rolled |

had a real good workout tonite for the first time in a while flat bench superset with seated row mil press superset with palms up shoulder width grip row pulling to high chest a few sets of deads superset with smith machine incline bench then home to watch canuck game |

as much as everyone hates on the smith, i find it hits things a little different and is a nice change once in a while. especially at the end of a workout to get some last sets in. just gotta get the bench setup properly under it so you have proper movements |
