Personally I'm not a big fan of huge lat's. What's even worse though is guys with ILS.


I'll even start it off... Here's me on July 1st. 3rd month back after over a year layoff. 203lbs.

K, this might sound stupid, but what's everyone's opinion on fruits while cutting?

Heard they contain deceptively large amounts of sugar...

If you're going on just a caloric deficit then fruits aren't bad, but if you're cutting down your carbs
you should take out a lot of fruit from your diet as they are loaded with carbs.

onto my workout today, i hit a new PR with back box squats. I don't rest on the box--just use it as a placemarker. i've been concentrating on form for the past half a year with my back squats...i use a box thats below my knee level to ensure i go past 90 degrees.

I've gained almost 5-7 pounds over this time span and most of that weight gain can be attributed to my legs.
