I'm 5'10.5" |
No offence needles but you can't just dedicate 1 workout a week to strength training. It's a whole different way of lifting that you have to dedicate to. Berz out. |

so i've been busy with school & work that i've pretty much been the same size for the past 4-5 months with virtually NO gains at all; just going to the gym to keep up the physique and it's been kinda depressing lately :okay: i really want to break the peak i've never taken anything besides protein powder, and seeing some of my friends make significant gains with some of these supplements, i decided to order a tub of bodybuilding.com's unflavored micronized creatine i'm a noob at this stuff, so i literally spent 2 hours researching on the different types of creatine, loading, etc just wondering how was your guys' experience with creatine? hope i don't fuck anything up for myself lol |
Typhoon 3 outside right now, nothing is stopping me. Gotta run before it turns into a T8, which means the gym will be closed (hopefully I don't get stranded) :accepted: |

Usually people hit plateaus for two reasons. First reason is they aren't eating enough. Second is they've become used to their workout routine; the routine isn't challenging enough anymore to force their body to grow. A third reason is overtraining/lack of recovery, but I think this is more rare than we think. Anyway, if you post your lifting routine, diet (calories, macros), and stats etc. up we can give you better advice. |

If u are busy with work and take creatine you will be the same size. There is a reason your friends are bigger than you. There putting more time into the gym then you. Take a step back and look at your training, diet and see if u have all of that in order Don't be one of those people that take creatine and waste it. |

Hmm don't quite get the reference, but had a kick ass workout anyway. Back to stacking on weight weekly after getting over that cold. Having breakfast gives you a nice pump, but I think I said that last time! |
