Anyone have those guys in the gym who just go around talking to everyone like he's best buddies with every single person? Got one of them at Oval; except he gives hugs. |

Advice guys.. Trying to lose belly so far so good. At 225 want to be around 180 or so.. Problem is I want best of both worlds and want the nice arms, big back, chest etc.. Should I stick to cutting with lighter weights/ high reps, or can I stick to heavier weights/ less reps (is this confusing my body since I don't eat to bulk, in turn making me waste time?) Edit: I do quite a bit of hiit towards the end Posted via RS Mobile |
you can stick to heavier weights. As long as your diet is geared towards losing weight |
was standing outside the rec centre today waiting for my friend to arrive so we can start our workout, it was hot outside so i was wearing a beater, & an asian guy i barely remembered, looked like he was in his 30s kept looking at me, then as he was leaving he told me "hey man youve gotten a lot bigger when i sawu a while back you were way smaller keep doing what youre doing" as a young teen still an amateur i gotta say feelsgoodman :) Posted via RS Mobile |

Damn Halo you're huge.....even when you first started working out, you were already ripped. What's the time difference between the 2 pics? |

2-3 years I will describe when I get home Posted via RS Mobile |
so yeah, my story started working out 3 years now, and i was just doing tons of cardio and weights and not eating much getting skinny ripped, and i remember i posted a pic of my back and skinny pup told me i looked like a African child lol, then i posted my pictures on t-nation and just got slammed but the right way, then i started to eat more and got a bit bigger about a year later i had some good size on me, then i just started to maintain. then about 2 years later i more or less did a REAL BULK, started pounding back the food for about 1 year straight. Crazy amounts of food putting on crazy muscle and fat, i knew i would one day take it off so i did not care what i was looking like. Then one day no joke i woke up and started my cut, went cold turkey and diet like a mother fucker. |
I wanna see pics when you were 280lbs.... Berz out. |
