Its not that much calories and such but I only go for the fibre. Just makes the dump go smoother and more frequent.

Yeah eat at a deficit till it's gone, you can't just lose stomach fat, and the lower abs is generally the last place your body seems to wanna get rid of it

gdoh 07-27-2011 11:59 AM

yea thats the problem the lower part first to arrive but last to leave

I bought my chalk bar online. I think climbing chalk is just as good and you can find it at any outdoor/climbing store such as mountain equipment coop.

i bought mine in a sports store in Guildford next to Mcdonalds called
"Great Life Fitness Store" (604) 587 5200
10242-152nd St. Surrey, BC V3R 6N7

it was $5.55 with tax, for a 3.5x3.5x1.5" (l*w*h) piece & works great

k so I give up and need help.
Are there any apps for the iphone in which you can use it kinda like a fitness journal?

I have a workout program, eg chest press, shoulder press, lat raises, squats, lunges, etc, that I want to enter into something where I can look at it when I exercise to remind myself how many reps and sets I need to do and also be able to track the amount of weight.
I downloaded/paid for FitSync but it either doesn't have what I need or I'm not looking at the right spot.

tia :)

i use the ifitness app on my itouch .. downloaded for free on installous

tracks your daily workout, graphs, instructions, pictures etc

try that out

saucywoman 07-27-2011 04:15 PM

k well what im going to be doing is mon & thurs chest, shoulders, tri's; tues and fri legs, back and biceps. I already have the exercises
for the first 4 weeks i do 3 sets of 12
next 4, 4 sets of 10
next 4, 5 sets of 8
and final is 3 sets of 12 again

I want some program that I can set this up into a schedule and when I do do the workout I want to be able to record the weights... does this sounds like anything that's out there?

AAnthony 07-27-2011 05:15 PM

^ are you a girl? (since your username says woman) if you are, then it seems like a decent workout. If you're a male, id say give shoulders their own day, along with legs. Legs plus back is asking too much of your body, you'll end up with half assed leg/back swell.
I hit the gym hard on Monday, and went twice yesterday, sooo sore today! I don't like taking rest days because i get really restless. But today was soo chill & relaxing...ill sum it up, lots of: sushi, steak, sleeping, sauna :fullofwin:

hal0g0dv2 07-27-2011 05:28 PM

FUCKING KILLED THE GYM TODAY MY DUNBELL SCENE IS OUT OF CONTROL

i got some new dre beats and did chest today, took my mp assault turned on the i pod and never looked back, i was so focused nothing was getting in my way.

AAnthony 07-27-2011 05:32 PM

Are they DRE earbuds?? If they're headphones (solo or studio) i'd say bring them back and trade them in for some Bose "on ear" headphones. The DREs are made of cheap plastic, in the past year ive broken 4 Solos, and 1 studio. The bose have a metal headband thats wrapped in this gel material, much stronger and more comfortable. The DREs have a little more bass, but the bose have more clarity, and better highs

Not part of the private RS workout group but I'll post here. This is a couple months after my cut. During my cut I went from 210 to around low 180s in 4-5 months. Was leaner as well. Right now I'm hovering around 188-190. Gained some fat back lol. Not sure on my bodyfat % at the moment.

hal0g0dv2 07-27-2011 07:21 PM

^^ u got a good build, you do not need to do any biceps they are over powering your arms, focus on triceps and shoulders, back could use some width
over all you got a solid body.

PK6o4* 07-27-2011 09:19 PM

forgot chalk at home could not dl to full potential

Workout:
-Chest day 1
-Shoulders and back day 2
-Biceps and Triceps day 3
then rotate (I work out before dinner)
I also run/walk for 10-15 mins in the morning.
I know I need to do some legs, but you know how some people just have legs naturally.. well thats me so I havent done much legs. Over the past 2 months though Ive been able to lift more. ie going from dumbell pressing 60x10 i now do 75x10. I just feel like Ive plateaued
Any help would be appreciated thanks.

XplicitLuder 07-28-2011 09:37 AM

everyone has told me that to lose fat its just diet + cardio. But as you start losing fat, its harder to lose it, make sense ? Like for me its easy to lose fat cus i have LOTS to lose lol, but once you hit a certain place it's gonna get harder to lose it, or so i've heard

jayv 07-28-2011 10:03 AM

Yeah I understand the concept.. I guess its just dicouraging after getting really good results for the first little while, and as I progress in my workouts I see less results :okay:
