Worked out back and bi's today. I don't feel my back workout was good enough, maybe cuz it's always hard since I don't use it much. Bi's were ok, same as usual |
Close-grip bench, weighted bench dips, EZ bar skullcrushers supersetted with EZ bar close-grip bench, and ended the workout with some cable extensions. Never had this good of a pump in my triceps :fuckyea: |

Have you guys ever tried dumbbell press for triceps (I'm assuming neutral grip)? If so, would you prefer dumbbells or the barbell? My triceps are lacking bad, and they don't seem to respond to training as well compared to the rest of my body. |
barbell for me but try doing tricep push downs with a rope that tends to fuck me up the most when i do it near the end of my workouts |

Eggs are pretty easy to eat i dont know what the big deal is. On my bulk I would always eat 6 eggs for breakfast or any meal and it went down fast. |
