Worked out back and bi's today. I don't feel my back workout was good enough, maybe cuz it's always hard since I don't use it much. Bi's were ok, same as usual

Close-grip bench, weighted bench dips, EZ bar skullcrushers supersetted with EZ bar close-grip bench, and ended the workout with some cable extensions.
Never had this good of a pump in my triceps :fuckyea:

Have you guys ever tried dumbbell press for triceps (I'm assuming neutral grip)? If so, would you prefer dumbbells or the barbell? My triceps are lacking bad, and they don't seem to respond to training as well compared to the rest of my body.

barbell for me but try doing tricep push downs with a rope that tends to fuck me up the most when i do it near the end of my workouts

The mans a beast. He's got traps like mountain ranges, washboard abs, triceps like the jagged fjords of norway, and legs like tree trunks. When you're his size, you gotta eat to stay that size. He trains hard too, and he trains 2x daily.

Watch ronnie coleman or Jay Cutler eat, their portions are huge. I like to think I can eat a ton, and even I couldn't handle what they do.

I've seen some parts of the ronnie coleman clips on youtube where they show him eating, but he adds a ton of those egg whites stuff in jugs.
I just got caught off guard seeing how that dude was eating 10 whole eggs in one sitting.

or if I have time/am allowed bread with it I take 3 eggs with 2 eggwhites scrambled, put em in a sandwich with 2 slices of swiss cheese, butter that bread up and grill it on the same pan I made the eggs in. So fucking good. Can't eat it anymore though, was only for my "not give a fuck about calories" phase :okay:

EDIT: Actually ... tomorrow I get a cheat meal .. I'm gonna make the above sandwich, but make a small change. Gonna add 4 bacon strips, and then fry the bread in the bacon grease. My heart is still unclogged, I will post back tmrw. :fullofwin:

Eggs are pretty easy to eat i dont know what the big deal is. On my bulk I would always eat 6 eggs for breakfast or any meal and it went down fast.
