I had 1 and 1/3 cup oatmeal. Heading out to do chest as well. Have a good swell!

Woke up feeling really sick today so not sure how effective my workout is going to be. I got a cold from my baby :)

Well I was sick as fuck today so I didn't go to the gym. That and I had to help a friend move. Fuck was I in rough shape. Hopefully I feel a little better tomorrow :(

So I'm probably on the 4th or 5th week of my 5x5 program now.. and I'm starting to see difficulty on my overhead presses . I did 5, 4, 5, 3, 2 for my reps. I'm thinking of going back down 5 pounds and then going back up again :(. So much for gaining.

But everything else is still going good. :fullofwin:
