Alright Ill post up the first challenge on Sunday. this will be fun :D for the most part it will all be a little different than what everyone does in the gym to make it more interesting. |

the idea behind putting a time limit is so people dont take 2 minutes between reps. lol. for the most part everything will be exercises that everyone does and everyone can do, just with some variation to make it interesting. its not a 1 rep max pissing contest, just a little change up for fun. do we want to post vids of it or no? |
Doesn't matter. I can't lift as heavy as some of you guys here, so that's no contest for me if it comes up to that challenge lol. |

hmmm, what do you guys think a 15-16 year old be able to bench, squat, deadlift? |
^depends on your weight and height but i say at least a plate+ or your body weight cant wait for the challenges it'll be like highschool fitness testing all over again haha :D been hitting the gym really hard lately with 5x5 training and jesus christ the progress im making is pretty insane |

So here are my 1rep max currently. Bench 235lbs :( Deadlift 370lbs :( and Squat 275lbs. Mind you I've never Deadlifted or Squatted before now. Military press I'm currently repping 135lbs. I was straight bar curling 110lbs though today :) Oh and my weight is 197lbs. Berz out. |
