fuck cardio. keep your intensity up in your weightlifting even if you have to drop your #s. its the perfect mix of cardio and weightlifting. keep your heart going adn your lifting going |
10 sets of 10 squats in under half an hour.....fucks your game nicely! burns way more calories than some olyptical. Speaking of squats, did 1 rep @ 295 without standing on plates. Could have done 3, but I did a pretty intense "warm up", did a few sets of 6 @ 245, so that definitely tired me out. |
hurt my shoulder almost 4 weeks ago doing reverse flies or some sort of shoulder exercise towards the end of my workout took 3 weeks off bench / shoulder workouts and it still didnt help...top of the delt hurts like a mofo with any bench / military press movement...even reaching behind to hold a door open kills went to the doctor , I have full ROM and he said it was probably a muscle strain and to rest and let it heal on its own been doing some rotator cuff exercises and tons of stretching and today could only do 185 decline bench as that was the only exercise that didn't hurt too much boooooooooooooooooooooo |
I had the same problem as you for about 5 months. I injured it doing some military press, and had sharp pains everytime I pushed anything above my head or doing incline bench press. I took glucosamine and chondroitin joint medication, and it literally healed within 2 weeks. My shoulder is currently at its best, and I'm doing shoulder exercises without a problem. It's very cost-effective, so it wouldn't hurt to try. |

Sleep from from 5:01 AM to 8:31 PM, eat the rest of the time. ^not to be taken seriously. What kind of religion is this? Something you believe in, or something pushed on to you? |

What are you plateauing in? You don't always need a spotter to surpass your plateau. |
Change up your routine or deload for a week if you're plateauing. Posted via RS Mobile |
