This shoulder injury is killing me. All I do is legs and back now. I guess thats a good thing. Gives my wheels a chance to catch up. |
Stupid shoulder pain/click. Reason I can't increase bench, do dips, or obvious increase shoulder #'s. I bought those Recovery pills you see advertised, and they seem to be working. Pain is gone, but click still there. Posted via RS Mobile |

So went to SC lastnight; was hoping to get some rackpulls and deads in....jesus christ, there was a group of 10 pinner flies buzzing around the racks sitting on chairs and boxes....gtfo of the area if you are not using the fucking racks....its not a damn social community... save that for the change room boys. I really hope they setup some more squat racks and fix half of their machines....Club16 is looking more and more appealing everyday..... |

i cycle it. lots of guys dont. theres broscience and real science for cycling and for not. in reality, theres creatine in beef, so technically, you're taking some (1-2g per good sized steak) per day already so.. |
