Prefer the Kaizen chocolate as well. Been using ON Vanilla lately and haven't noticed a difference. I need chalk. Tore my callus' dead lifting 5x300lbs yesterday. Never torn them before. |
^ does anybody else do this, or am I fucked up?!? About every 1-2 months, I get one of those foot sander things and sand down all the callouses on my hands, until my hands are flat and smooth. Then I put some lotion of them. The callouses always end up growing back, but the sanding stops them from getting too big, because once their too big they crack or tear. |

check your form? if its perfect i guess do lower weights and slowly build up or take a week off |
What I would do is do lightweight squats with super slow form, and wherever the pain starts, adjust it from there. It might just be a torn quad. If it hurts even with just the bar, you should probably lay off legs for about a week or two and see how it feels after. |
