I just picked up 5 tubs. Has anyone tried vanilla? Is it any good?

DC5-S 09-14-2011 01:42 PM

IMO, it tastes pretty good with milk. The first sip tastes a bit funky, but after that it's not bad

TouringTeg 09-14-2011 02:49 PM

Prefer the Kaizen chocolate as well. Been using ON Vanilla lately and haven't noticed a difference.

I need chalk. Tore my callus' dead lifting 5x300lbs yesterday. Never torn them before.

AAnthony 09-14-2011 03:50 PM

^ does anybody else do this, or am I fucked up?!?
About every 1-2 months, I get one of those foot sander things and sand down all the callouses on my hands, until my hands are flat and smooth. Then I put some lotion of them. The callouses always end up growing back, but the sanding stops them from getting too big, because once their too big they crack or tear.

I sand them off as well, once a month and everything, my feet too.

chin3se604 09-14-2011 06:34 PM

squatting 255lbs ... starting to feel a sharp pain on the upper outer side of my thigh =/

http://i430.photobucket.com/albums/q...lternative.jpg

should i lay off the squats for a week or just lower the weights? i can still do the squats... but everytime i go up i feel the sharp pain

dlo 09-14-2011 06:47 PM

check your form? if its perfect i guess do lower weights and slowly build up or take a week off

Fcukedd 09-14-2011 07:00 PM

What I would do is do lightweight squats with super slow form, and wherever the pain starts, adjust it from there. It might just be a torn quad. If it hurts even with just the bar, you should probably lay off legs for about a week or two and see how it feels after.

Now that I've started squatting, I know how annoying that must be.

Question.. How far do you guys keep your feet from another when doing squats?

Fcukedd 09-14-2011 07:18 PM

Just a teeny bit further than shoulder-width apart with feet pointing slightly outwards.

I'm definitely not turned off by a girl having an athletic physique, especially if she's passionate and talented enough to compete at the international rugby level. I find most of these girls pretty damn good looking..
