for ATG squats, I used to do parallel then I restarted and dropped significant numbers to do ATG. IMO, ATG is bad for knees but only when you put way too much weight on it that you can't perform the exercise with proper form anymore. ATG = full ROM = feelsgoodman.jpg on another note, guys that don't work out their legs are just working out for the aesthetics/girls mirin'. Girls rarely check out a guys quads/legs unless you're in short shorts/boxers. Otherwise them girls be mirin' shoulders - biceps when clothed and chest-abs-back when shirtless. |

Was doing machine rows some surrey jack asked to work in, was on my warmup set of 120, he puts the tab to 240 does like 9 reps just swaying back and forth like a mad man so i drop the 10lb increments AND PUT A PLATE ONTO THE STACK and do 15 reps and then i saw him rage quit the gym fucking LOOOOL |

did some rackpulls yesterday...i upp'd it 20lbs in a week....from 215 to 235. I feel fucking good. Is it weird that I have a face that looks like its explode with anger when i look in the mirror while doing rackpulls? hopped on scale lastnight....156lbs...been at this weight for a few weeks....but I deff notice a change in physique. :fullofwin: |
