frank yang is a well known troll among misc, just look at his other videos. There's one where between every set he downs a shot of rum (or whiskey, forgot the exact) and just ends up getting sloshed at the gym.

for ATG squats, I used to do parallel then I restarted and dropped significant numbers to do ATG. IMO, ATG is bad for knees but only when you put way too much weight on it that you can't perform the exercise with proper form anymore.

on another note, guys that don't work out their legs are just working out for the aesthetics/girls mirin'. Girls rarely check out a guys quads/legs unless you're in short shorts/boxers. Otherwise them girls be mirin' shoulders - biceps when clothed and chest-abs-back when shirtless.

Was doing machine rows some surrey jack asked to work in, was on my warmup set of 120, he puts the tab to 240 does like 9 reps just swaying back and forth like a mad man so i drop the 10lb increments AND PUT A PLATE ONTO THE STACK and do 15 reps and then i saw him rage quit the gym fucking LOOOOL

Workout 2 complete! Soreness wasn't gone yet, but I wasn't crippled by it.

Did:

One-arm dumbbell shoulder press
One arm dumbbell row (bent over, no bench)
One-legged dumbbell deadlift
Cable woodchops

35 reps each side, then 11 mins of HIIT. Had to turn down the level from 10 to 9 then finally to 8 though, my legs just weren't recovered enough to push the pedals :okay:

Today I ate:

ON Essential Amino
Bowl of oatmeal with coconut milk and a scoop of protein powder
Post workout protein shake
Another protein shake when I got home
1 piece of chicken, 1 pork chop, half of one eggplant, some jack cheese, bowl of spinach

did some rackpulls yesterday...i upp'd it 20lbs in a week....from 215 to 235.

I feel fucking good. Is it weird that I have a face that looks like its explode with anger when i look in the mirror while doing rackpulls?

hopped on scale lastnight....156lbs...been at this weight for a few weeks....but I deff notice a change in physique. :fullofwin:

When you do rack pulls I'm assuming you use the bars on the rack right? Is it just me or do they bend way too damn much when you drop the weight, I'm paranoid of breaking them lol.

My face = jizz in my pants face mixed with anger. it's embarrassing, but you do what you gotta do! :concentrate: ... or it just looks like I'm in pain.

yeah, I use those bars, but I do my rackpulls on the outside of the cage...so only a little bit sticks out.

but I agree, those bars look like they're gonna give out one day; they're bent to shit....

and if you see a shitload of chalk on the ground its not me :whistle:

It also doesn't help when idiots sit on the bars when they're resting.

Leaning on them, ok. But don't SIT on them with almost your full weight on the rack bars or worse, the actual barbell bar.

lol i remember doing rack pulls on the right squat rack. when u drop them a bit on the bars, it does feel like its gonna snap lol. i got looks before when i was doing rack pulls too. im guessing its since noone else does it at sc. only seen 1 other big asian dude do it before.
