please do not disrespect the guy in the first video. He is really working hard. Ive been using that technique for a long time now. it really works your lats, traps, and forearms, you guys should really try it before criticizing him. btw im a new member here, i weigh at 299lb going on my 300lb. please do not think im fat. I can almost bench 4 plates now. If you do not believe me ill be posting a pic soon (phone broken atm). Anyway if anybody need help just throw me a PM. |

any good workouts to bulk up arms? obivously im working on other body parts too but im just curious as to what kind of excercies work your arms really well. |

halo, you got a serious competition now. chest day today. 110 lb DB pressed for 5 reps and then my right shoulder gave in. FUUU. I've been doing these straight arm pull over with a dumbbell for my chest. I keep my ass low (but not on the ground) and shoulders on a bench. Feels goooood. Going out for a run after I eat. I'm going to miss not having anything to do once school starts again. =[ |
