please do not disrespect the guy in the first video. He is really working hard. Ive been using that technique for a long time now. it really works your lats, traps, and forearms, you guys should really try it before criticizing him.

btw im a new member here, i weigh at 299lb going on my 300lb. please do not think im fat. I can almost bench 4 plates now. If you do not believe me ill be posting a pic soon (phone broken atm). Anyway if anybody need help just throw me a PM.

halo, you got a serious competition now.

chest day today. 110 lb DB pressed for 5 reps and then my right shoulder gave in. FUUU.

I've been doing these straight arm pull over with a dumbbell for my chest. I keep my ass low (but not on the ground) and shoulders on a bench. Feels goooood.

Going out for a run after I eat. I'm going to miss not having anything to do once school starts again. =[

hey bro, my tip for you would be just flexing all the time. I mean walk around with your arms flexed. There will be obviously some occasions when you cant, like peeing etc.. but overall try to maintain it. It will be hard to get used to, but believe me in the end it will be all worth it. Not to mention it will make you look super jacked.

btw my arms grew a couple inches by doing this. Especially when i was a beginner. Good luck bro.

if this continues i'm going to see a doctor ..

TBH, doctors dont do shit unless the problem is a visible one. If he doesn't recommend anything solid, go back and ask for a recommendation to a physican/sports med doctor. Do it ASAP, as it takes a few weeks for appts.

Sorry about that berz. I was just trying to express my opinion. But please hear me out, before jumping to conclusions about me trolling, try to follow my tips and try them out for yourself. Then you can tell me what you think about them. This is what this thread is all about right? Anyway I got my phone fixed and I took a pic after my workout, I'm a little sweaty sorry guys.. and the pic is lacking in size as well.
