Wow I didn't realize there were people here doing Strong Lifts 5x5. Awesome! I started November 2010 and am really starting to see results. Dead lifting is the toughest excercise for me. Workout A: Squat, bench press, barbell row, push ups, dragon flags, weighted dips Workout B: Squat, overhead press, deadlift (1x5), weighted chin ups, weighted dips, prone bridges PR's doing 5x5: I am 6'0", 185lbs Squat 260 (parallel) Deadlift (1x5 only) 290 Bench Press 185 Overhead Press 120 |
tried deadlifts after a few months off because of lower back problems and could only get 6 at 315..how the hell do you guys do 6 plates? |
