I went on vacation, sprained my hand and now I lost 10lbs.. So depressed -_-"

btw guys, right now or.. I was on Quickmass and jack3d.

But do you guys recommend maybe some mono creatine + bcaa's?
After my hand heals, I plan on purchasing those 2 products along with the protein and pre workout. :)

Your jack3d should already have creatine in it, and your Quickmass should already have BCAA's in it lol

Just wondering, why do programs such as Rippletoe Starting Strength and Stronglift 5x5 require you to do only 1 set of dead lifts? Is that not a bit too little?

I think i'll try 455 or 475 first those 1RM calculators never seem to work for me :okay:

Well I'm officially a member of the 4 Plate DL Club!!! 1 warm up set of 20 reps of 1 plate. 2 more sets of 10 reps @ 2 plates, 5 reps @ 3 plates, 1 rep 3 plate plus 25, 1 rep 4 plates.

Fuck that was tough and hella boss at the same time. I'm sick as fuck and all hopped up on cold meds too. Neo Citran, Buckleys, and Tylenol Cold and Flu meds haha. Awesome preworkout if you ask me!

Sooooo close to the 1000lb club!

On a Srs note, its pretty inconsiderate when you have more than one person asking how many sets you have left and you take your sweet ass time to do 12 sets. Im sure you would try to finish a little faster considering theres a lineup for the rack.

It's one thing if he stood there and chatted with his friends or his girlfriend between sets. But if he's actually taking that time to rest between sets, I am fine with it since I do sometimes take awhile to recover between sets.

Worst is if there's a few squat racks that are all full, and the guy beside you who started earlier than you is taking his sweet ass time, when somebody is waiting for the rack, yet you just started yet feel pressured to leave quicker coz somebody else is waiting.

Couldnt do deadlifts or squats this morning.. lower back refused to co-operate. Felt like i was heaving with something, just below the lumbar vertebraes. Will try squatting 185 on monday, db pressing 50 and deadlifting 195

Waiting for equipment sucks, but I think having someone looking all annoyed when you tell them you have a few more sets to go, and then proceed to stand right next to you with their hands on their hips waiting for you to finish is even worse.

you could of just grabbed the bar and overhead pressed it then lay it on your back and start squatting.:fullofwin:


speaking of squats. at 475 for 4 now. felt good until some guy asked if he could work in at 300 mark and met me at 475 and repped it for 9 like it wasn't anything.
