One thing I have noticed it that my stomach capacity is a lot smaller. It doesn't take nearly as much to make me full. While that makes it easy to keep calories down for cutting, it is a bit more difficult to get in enough protein. I'm at about 150g so far today |

BTW if you find that dips hit your triceps more than your chest, try using a WIDER station. And lean forward. It is harder for me, because my triceps are more developed than my chest. Once you get strong enough, you can almost go completely horizontal and do pushups in midair :fuckyea: |

SOL I guess :troll: I found one of those 'assist' dip/chin machines that has adjustable bars. I always used a narrower grip because it was more comfortable and I could do a lot of weight. But then I realized, weightlifting isn't supposed to be comfortable, it's supposed to be fucking tough. Kills your chest! |

I don't mind working out through some pain, but if I got flu like symptoms, especially sore throat, drowsiness, I've learned to stay in bed and enjoy the day off. Will just equal to a shitty workout, plus get more sick. Posted via RS Mobile |
