I did rows In the smith machine yesterday holly shit! I am so sore my lats are taking a new growth or something. I know it sounds noob but I'm going to do these instead of rows with barbell with no machine Posted via RS Mobile |

isnt rack pulls without the crash bar just romanian deadlifts? i dunno what it is about rack pulls, after i started doing them, all my numbers for back exercises shot up |

Does anyone have those screwless pull up bars that hang on your door frame. My door hinge seems pretty flimsy and I'm not sure if the pull up bar hangs on the hinge itself. |
ya i have one, my door hinge kinda sucks too but they give you two metal brackets which give it more support, yours should be ok since my house is like 50 years old lol |
