Yea foam rolling really does hit all the right spots and it's fun hearing your back pop. If you want more pressure I usually hold my hands up as I'm rolling and then put them behind my head for more pressure. Where you hold your arms determines how much weight (pressure) you get on your back. Love a good Hamstring roll :megusta: I feel constantly fatigued doing each muscle twice a week.... dunno if this is a good thing or a bad thing. Fuark decisions decisions.... Berz out. |
