Because you are still spitting a lot of advice claiming that, and IMO its important to separate drugged lifting and diet vs no drugged. It looks like you've put on at least 90 lbs in under 2 years and that is freaky Good thing you actually are big halo. He has contributed and educated us with his knowledge, helping all of us in our training. He's still a big motherfucker anyways Anyways guys, I have a question. Say you need 2000 calories to gain weight. You eat 1000 before your workout and burned 500 calories during. Does that mean you have to eat 1500 more for the day or is it still 1000? The obvious answer is to eat 1500, but just double checking. And does anyone have an estimate of how much calories are burned for a typical high-intensity workout? (leg, back, chest) Thanks |

god damn, overhead presses are starting to take a toll on me now, need to get wrist wraps but other than that, sat down to eat 2 platefuls of beef, i definitely ate more than 1 pound fuark and did anyone here ever injure themselves during deadlifts? If you did what'd you did and how was the pain? |
