Keep it up! Takes a long time to move up on OHP. Most I can do is 140 x 5/3/2 = 10 reps I was going to do deadlift first, but instead I will try it last tommorrow. close grip underhand pull downs, barbell rows, seated cable row, deadlift |
Oh Yeah! Reached my goal and early too! Goal: Starting Sept.13, To drop down from 166 to 145 by end of the year. Im normally 150lbs but this summer I over did it with the BBQ and slacked at the gym. Result, gained 16lbs of fat. Once summer was over and the grill put alway, I decided it was time to hit the gym hard again. 3 months later, I've been hovering around 140 -143lbs for the past week. Lost almost 26lbs in 3 month, all gym-no diet. Haha I like eating too much to follow any sort of real diet. Now to keep the fat off and gain more muscle weight. Posted via RS Mobile |
^ time to bulk up |
im kinda cheating tho with the overhead press, i do push press rather than military, think im gonna lower the weight and do proper military and yea overhead press is crazy hard to add weight, im pretty much only doing 5-5-3-2-2 reps |
UGH!! i thought i got better since last wednesday so i decided to go for a light day at the gym on tuesday. warmed up with rowing machine, which was fine. then proceeded to do some light squats. put on a plate and got a throbbing headache after 2 sets. had to leave pretty much after 10 minutes in the gym. i've had ~8 painful headaches since last wednesday so decided to go to the ER. stayed there for 18 hours, had a CT scan and a CT angiogram. Turns out i have a millimetre wide bleed in my head but it has nothing to do with the headaches. The neurosurgeon thinks i have reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome but the stroke/neurologists thinks i have exertion headaches the cause, trigger and symptoms seem to exactly resemble the latter though. sigh...pretty much i haven't been able to go to the gym properly for 2 weeks now. probably going to take it REALLY easy for another week though and try again. feel so weak and fat. wish i could go and destress from finals but i can't. |
Skinnypup, i thought you were asian. WTFUX? |
I don't know if it was going light last time or working grip more but I finally got got to 255 x 3 deadlift |
