are u referring to Stealthy the person i quoted about his chest/tri workout? i agree he should try 6-8 reps tho unless hes switching it up


traps/upper back are fried today, also slept 2hrs during the day and got 7hrs of sleep so was pretty stoked about that

I did deadlift today 385lbs @ 144 with straps. My body was shaking trying to get the weights up.

I feel sorry for any weights that get in your way Berz. Unfortunately I have to sleep on it myself, which might be hard to do.

I like to do higher reps on isolations just to burn out the muscle but today I will try lower reps (6-8) with higher weight on compounds. Appreciate the tips

Hal0: Maybe it is because I am one of the new members of this thread but I dont really feel betrayed at all because of the fake pic. As long as you are still lifting heavy and have advice to give to everyone you belong here.
