Hey guys just have some questions. So i conducted glandular epithelium in my arms only and it made them look bulky and big, So if i work them out will it effect it or does it just make me look bigger because people think i pump goot iron |

Holy fuck, felt like a little bitch doing dumbbell presses today. Omfg. MUST WORK ON CHEST. Was struggling to get 80's up. haven't touched dumbbell presses in 2months though. </3 PS. Do you guys find doing DB flies not as effective as cable flies? I feel it more in the shoulder than the chest. |
