A ballet dancer with freakishly strong fingers have been giving me deep tissue leg massages she uses on her colleagues. I cry and spaz out like a fish out of the water. It's amazing how flexible you feel after. |

IMO, with cable exercises such as the rope tricep extension, you won't see much mass gain. What has worked for me is close-grip bench press and heavy seated overhead dumbbell extensions. I gave the "Rippletoe's lying tricep extension" a shot today...and :sweetjesus: . Felt it all over my triceps even with just the ez bar. Hit a personal record of 185lb incline bench press. Felt too easy, will give 205 a shot next time. :') |

My favourite tricep exercise is gcbp using the hammercurl ez curl bar. Load up as heavy as I can for 6-8 reps. Also getting out squatted by 10yr old girl who weighs 50lbs less than you isn't a good feeling :okay: |
skull crushers flat and skulls on an incline yea baby |
arm day today. fuck ya skull crushers. fuck ya swoll biceps. fuck ya huge cameltoe tris. |
ANyway to counter being sick while working out, tanked through it today and had a really good workout but feel over tiered once im done from the gym. |
eat more. drink more water. sleep more. |
any cutting brahs eat cashews while on cut? |
I didn't want to start a new thread so I'll just ask this here. I have a fucked up collarbone, broke it a couple years ago and the doctor/I fucked it over and it didn't heal properly. I need some ideas for doing chest. Right now doing DB bench at 75lbs makes sickening cracking sounds and gets a little painful on the third set. Pretty much, are there any chest workouts that won't engage my collarbone/shoulder/rotator cuff? |
Cable press, dumbbell flies, pushups, dips |
Push ups hurt pretty bad too, i'll try the others though. |

by definition any good chest exercise is going to pull on the clavical since half the pec attaches to it. im picturing the anatomy of it in my head but i actually think flat barbell bench might put the least pressure on it for a good chest exercise. maybe decline too. i think flies might actually be the worst. |

HAHA! does anyone do this exercise? Whats a good exercise for inner thighs? |
I see women do those all that time at the gym. And the ones that pull the other way too. Those two, ab twisters, and crunch machines are what the trainers at my gym have all the women do. |

I have a giant bag of mixed nuts sitting on my desk at work that I just snack on all day. Almonds, Cashews, and Peanuts. Berz out. |
Yes! Beat my PR on bench today of 165x5, pushed 165 x 8.5 (assisted push on the last). |
Soo i was at the gym yesterday and was about to use the bench, some guy wanted to do sets in with me so im like sure since i was doing close grip. I told him not to spot me unless the bar is coming down.. On my third set im slowely inching the bar up and he spots me so im about to put the bar back on then he says no 3 more and he starts pulling the bar down with more force and up. :fulloffuck: i force the bar on the bench ask him if hes fucking retarded.. he said sorry and left the gym. :seriously:.. wtf |
maybe he was trying to get you to complete failure on the negatives  |
